We certainly would never purchase a used car from Lithia again. Here is our story. We signed the…read morepapers to purchase a used 2016 Chyrsler Town and Country with the understanding that we would finalize the financing a week later. We called our salesperson, Jennifer and told her we would be in to pick up the car the following Monday. She assured us that the car would be detailed and ready for pick up. When we arrived we realized that the car had not been cleaned, the same Krud that was in it the week before was still there. The carpets were damp but someone must have forgotten to clean them because the dirt was still there and it had not been vacumned. We insisted that it go back to the detailing shop. It was returned to us looking a lot better. When we arrived home and lowered the third row seats we discovered they had not replaced the carpeting that covers the hardward when the seats were lowered. It was there when we frist drove the car. We sent an email to our salesperson who did not respond. After waiting a day we finally called the General Manager who assured us that the carpeting would be put in the mail to us. We live in Montgomery which is over an hour away. We have yet to hear from our salesperson after placing two calls into her. Our concern is.....if that is the way Lithia operates I would not want to take my car there for service. I'd be fearful of the kind of work that would be done. Ann Horton

My compass only had 16 miles on it at the end of June when I got it. I didn't have it a month before it started feeling jumpy like it's trying to change gears. We took it to the dealership. They said nothing is wrong with it. I regret stepping foot on their lot.

Called two Chevy dealer parts departments in Houston. gave me the "should be" part number, but no reason the OEM part wouldn't fit. Called Aggieland and talked to Sam. Sam took the time to search his sources and found our part was from an Escalade, used as a replacement by the previous owner. (similar enough to fit both vehicles). Ordered and installed the part,...all works as advertised. Thank you Sam for your patience and diligence in finding out why OEM wouldn't fit, and for getting us the correct part.

I went into Aggieland Chevrolet excited and ready to purchase a vehicle. After owning my previous…read morecar for over twelve years, I was genuinely looking forward to this experience and expected to drive off the lot in a new vehicle. Instead, I left crying and completely broken. This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. The main issue was my interaction with Steven, the Finance Director. He was rude, condescending, and dismissive from the beginning. I qualified for a first responder discount, yet he refused to honor it. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he initially refused and stated that he was the boss and that his only boss was his wife. After continued insistence, he eventually agreed to bring over his manager, but not before telling us that we could "just go" and that we were not getting a car from them with a smirk on his face and that there's several other dealerships around. At that point, the damage was already done. The manager did apologize for Steven's behavior and attempted to smooth things over, but the experience had already left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. No customer, especially one ready to make a purchase, should ever be treated this way. Steven should not be interacting with customers at all. Because of this experience, I will never return to Aggieland Chevrolet and will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

By the next evening (April 8th), I realized the AC didn't blow cold air unless I was driving. The dealership was closed, so I returned first thing on April 9th and spoke with C, the salesperson who sold me the car. He got with the mechanic the next day and told me to make an appointment. They kept my car from that appointment until April 23rd, trying to fix the AC. When I got it back, the issue still wasn't fixed. I returned on April 24th, and even though B initially gave me pushback, they agreed to look at it again. Keep in mind--I had barely driven the car at all, only to and from the dealership. On May 7th, I finally got the car back. Then on May 11th, the dashboard lights came on. I brought it in again, and they told me, "We're a Kia dealership. We don't know how to work on Hondas." They told me I'd have to take it to a Honda dealership and pay out of pocket--after I already paid a $7,000 down payment on a $22,000 car. I don't know much about cars or mileage. I trusted the dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle and to thoroughly inspect it. But now I'm stuck with car issues immediately after purchase and expected to cover repairs. I do have a warranty, but I still have to pay a deposit to use it--on top of everything I've already paid. The economy is hard right now. I'm a single mom. I can't afford these surprise issues and repairs after barely driving the car. And to be told "oh well" is beyond upsetting. Honestly, this feels unethical. It's like they didn't even properly inspect the car before selling it. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I want accountability

Service personnel were at lunch, but Service Advisor Malachi politely and profesionally advised he would get it in and out as soon as he could. He projected a wait time of 1.5 hrs. Very clean restrooms and luxury waiting areas with remote controlled big screen tv with available streaming apps, coffee, loads of water and fresh bananis gratis..
