My family has been going to Alan for years for passport photos. I honestly don't know how he stays…read morein business as it's always very quiet, but for me, Alan is hands down the winner in taking passport photos. Yes his equipments are old. Yes he's not the best talker and does not look very professional, but I invite you to take a picture at Costco, and then one here, and make your own decision. I'm pretty sure you will be happy with the product. He is flexible and willing to take as many shots as it takes until you're satisfied, before he prints them. His lighting is good, and he just knows his stuff. But honestly, I don't see how he makes enough...

Showed up during business hours and said traffic made him late. No problem. Attempted to explain what we needed and continued to cut me off mid sentence which was very rude. Then he proceeds to attempt to get a single perfect shot of my infant with an old digital camera. You need a camera with a high shutter speed that takes shots very quickly so you can pick the one you need. After he took one that might have been able to work he says it will be five minutes. I walk into his computer room 10 minutes later and he is sitting there with a dumbfounded look on his face looking at his computer. He said he had to restart it because of some issues. Looking at the age of the equipment I can understand why. My wife and I left and told him thanks but no thanks. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
