The parking lot is never too busy and they have plenty of people on duty when they're open Monday through Saturday in classic bank fashion. This location is on the corner of Van Nuys Blvd & Burbank Blvd directly next to a KFC and corner adjacent from CVS, Mobil (gas station), Ralph's, Silverlake Ramen and Chipotle to name a few among the many businesses close by and up Van Nuys Blvd aka Dealership Way. It feels easiest to enter Chase from heading east bound from Burbank or South from down Van Nuys as these are where the turns ins are, but you can also make a safe U-turn going North or a left turn onto Van Nuys from Burbank as well. It's a well spaced out lot - one ATM outside the doors, but if you're a Chase card member of any kind - you can use your card to scan and use additional ATMs inside. Security is mellow. Clerks are personable.

After learning about my experience described in the previous review, Cecil called me to apologize for my experience and to learn in more detail what happened to me so that he could remedy the situation and make sure things like that don't happen in the future. He seemed sincere and truly concerned about my experience. The fact that I received a call from Cecil was a relief to me. I was able to tell him the whole story of my experience, and he listened carefully. It makes me feel much better about my existing relationship with Wescom, and the fact that someone higher up actually cared about my relationship with them. Cecil actually took the time to explain to me why there would potentially be an issue in making my deposit. He listened and offered reasoning behind the scenes instead of just saying no. I am a reasonable person and can understand if there are certain things that cannot be done. But to simply dismiss me as if I had done something wrong without explanation is where my concern was. Cecil's concern about my experience, and his desire to improve in his branch's area of weakness really helped to relieve the frustrations I had held since my last experience. My confidence with Wescom has been restored and I will continue to be a member. I hope that Cecil's warmness and caring nature will trickle down to his staff members. The clerks are great at telling you about promotions and everything available to you. Their team handles the conflict immediately and credits your account while figuring out how to handle the issue. Highly recommend this bank.

Upon entering I was immediately struck with the feeling that this was going to be a very interesting experience. When you enter you are faced with two large desks/tables with chairs. Behind the table you will almost always find Travis "sitting " comfortably and ready to help with whatever your business is. Blanca, off to the side, is seated at another desk. We, the customers are welcome to walk around behind Travis, even past Blanca to Jerry's office or all the way in the back to Gary's office. Gary is the manager of this wonderful branch and the leader of this incredible and warm and welcoming team of professionals. At some point you realize that there are no bullet proof walls. You dont have to stand and push or pull currency through a depression in the counter under a plexiglass barrier. These people either really like their jobs and helping others or they're the best actors I've encountered. And this is Los Angeles. When you go to this branch, whether for the first time or the 10,000th just be prepared to take a trip back in time to, "Little Town USA". Instead of layers of barriers between you and the staff you will be so warmly greeted - by name - that you'll be tempted to hang out even after you've finished your coffee and banking.
