Large parking lot, atms outside when the bank isn't running during their normal hours. There isn't a drive thru atm. The bank is quiet, clean, and the clerks and cheerful and happy to help with transfers, deposits, withdrawals and helping discuss financial benefits. The clerks are great at telling you about promotions and everything available to you. Their credit card team is amazing about answers calls whenever you flag your card as stolen, fraud etc they are on top of it. Their team handles the conflict immediately and credits your account while figuring out how to handle the issue. Highly recommend this bank. read more

I was coaxed to move my retirement funds to Citi Personal Wealth Management by Christian who is a assistant manager of the branch. The personal management rep in this branch was rude and impersonal. I came to the branch and asked him to review my account. He told me I had to make an appointment. I asked a second time and he rebuffed me and walked away. As a result I lost 4K in lost interest income because he would not review my account. I filed a FINRA complaint for arbitration. The matter was settled only after I pressed the case. This is my regular bank. Love it... work nearby by, live nearby. Unlike CHASE... my former go-to bank... there isn't ridiculous minimum requirements that result in huge fees if not met. Good location near the fwy and Ventura blvd. The tellers are all nice and helpful... never had a problem with them. I used to LOVE going to this branch. Everyone was so helpful, beautiful smiles, calm attitude until today. I was directed to someone that is probably on training, that calls himself a "personal" banker that has absolutely nothing "personal" to offer. Arrogant, confrontational and condescending - not the kind of experience you want to have when speaking to someone where you put your money. All he could tell me was that he had an assumption that this might be the problem. Then he called the 1800 number and all the assumptions continued. When I asked what really happened, not assumptions, he said I could either drive to the Studio City branch to talk to someone there or wait another 10 minutes to speak with the manager. Not the way to deal with a client sir. Have you heard of the word "customer service"? I'd rather drive to Studio City or West Hollywood where I'm treated with understanding and dignity. While everyone is very nice, approachable, and helpful who works here, Citibank as an organization is falling behind other banks by only being open from 10am to 5pm (with many staff gone during lunch -- what great hours if you work there!!). If you are retired, work nights, or work across the street, Citi is convenient, but for the millions of others who commute to work, it is nearly impossible to ever visit this bank in person. Additionally, the interactions I've had here are relaxed and take forever, so a 10am appointment quickly spills into your afternoon. I'm slowly moving my money to CHASE, which is not much better in terms of money management, but solely because their 9 to 6 hours of operation (including longer Saturday hours) and quick service are (more) compatible with the busy 21st century lifestyle. read more

Two women really stood out, I'm not sure of the spelling but I believe they were Chrystle and Kristina. They both went above and beyond anything I've ever seen a banker do and their personalized service and compassion truly saved the day for my friend.
