Add in the fact FSC has HOA majority and owns a large block of rental properties in addition to the mentioned above.... The neighborhood went south. HOA has no transparency. The quality of builds are subpar and it's all around not what the brochures advertise. This doesn't even mention the rental conglomerates buying nearly entire streets of homes to rent back at over $2k per residence....
