I have always felt that my personal needs were addressed and in several years have never had the same class taught twice. A constant learning experience, encouraging both the beginner and the more advanced student to find their "edge" and explore boundaries. If I lived in Raleigh I would drive to Smithfield to attend this studio. Beautiful setting-huge windows in a historic building, hardwood floors, brick walls.

I went with a friend to try this place out. It was supposed to be a nice relaxing workout but all I…read moreheard was a baby/toddlers shrieks and screams!!!! Apparently the owner decided to bring her child to work. During the whole workout you couldn't relax or even hear the virtual instructor for the shrieks and screaming- then her saying "we don't scream/shhhh". I decided NOT to join because I feel that was so unprofessional. I get that you are young and you have a family but think of it this way-how would you feel if you came to workout, relax and have a good workout-but you can bc you have to hear somebody's child screaming!! It's freaking annoying!!! Also, I want to note I went up to ask the young lady a question at the front. I look over and see the owner not even looking up- texting on her phone while I'm standing up there waiting for an answer. I feel she's extremely snooty. I'll stick with Planet Fitness! I'm not trying to be mean, but if you have a child either stay home with him or either put him in daycare. For the membership price of this studio, which is pricey you should not have to hear a baby shrieking and screaming during your workout!! Keep your baby at home!!! My friend says it's not only during the day but it's in the afternoons/evenings as well!!! I come to the gym to get away from my children not to hear another's persons child screaming at the top of his lungs while I'm trying to work out!!! Hayley get a babysitter or stay at home!!!!!!

I recommend bringing a towel. If you bring a water bottle or purse they have tables set up to place your items. I did not realize it at first and set my things next to the mat. The puppies loved to play with my purse and water bottle. They have an indoor bathroom and shop (Puptique). The yoga class was excellent. Appropriate for all ages and skill levels. The class was run well even with all the distracting puppies running around. Surprisingly I was still able to relax and stretch while playing with the dogs. Ample time was available before and after to play and take pictures. Parking is available on the lawn out front. There was ample spaces and room to pull in and out (plus a turn around area if needed). Overall, we had a lovely morning here. I highly recommend checking them out!
