They have multiple options including sauna Pilates, yoga, cycling, rowing, iso, core, buns sessions. I ended up doing the Pilates one. Each sauna room can fit three people but it really comfortably fits two so that each person can I have safe. From my understanding when you book online you can tell how many people are already booked for that session. Overall love the idea as someone who struggles to sweat in the gym, this really does feel like a good sweat. It's also open 24/7, so for people with odd schedules, it works. I could not find a place to put the volume up but that was probably my own fault, I should have just asked. There is a small area with workout equipment, I'd say that I can imagine this area could get packed. It doesn't feel like enough space.

The manger then told me that I shouldn't have been told that and my only option was to pay $99 to cancel. After I explained what their employee told me, the manager responded by telling me that this is why it is important to review the membership agreement. If an employee is the one that recommended I wait then why would I question that? Do better and train your employees properly.

I tried out the yoga which was offered by a virtual instructor. There were 3 instructors to represent different skill levels for reference. I felt great after the session! I signed up for a membership before I left. The facility is super clean, comfortable, and safe. Hotworx is open 24 hours so you can go to any of the virtual classes or simply sit in the sauna at times that work with your schedule. The hours referenced here are the times that there is someone working up front to show you the ropes (no pun intended) or answer questions. They were not super pushy with "selling" you on the membership. Give it a try. Worst case scenario you will get a beneficial infrared sauna session in!

I never thought that I would "enjoy" working out in any way, but I absolutely LOVE the workouts at Hotworx. Contrary to the feeling leaving other gyms where I feel not only self conscious, but completely exhausted, when I leave Hotworx, I feel rejuvenated and empowered. If you have not given the free trial a chance, I promise it is completely worth it and you will fall in love like I did!

I worried about further injuring my joints but still wanted to stay active. Since training at Renu, my strength has increased significantly, and my mobility has improved. I also feel less stressed and anxious, and my mental well-being has never been better, and my sleep has improved, too. I ride horses and need to stay strong for all the related chores, these workouts help me do exactly that. I truly appreciate that every session is taught by knowledgeable instructors who adapt exercises to everyone's needs. They ensure everyone can achieve results without pain and get the most out of each workout. The wide range of equipment available at Renu is fantastic too, I'm so glad to have found a fitness approach that keeps me healthy and active after hip replacements." Michelle

As I recently retired, I was determined to improve my strength, mobility, and flexibility, and the difficulty I had in finding a place or person that felt appropriate was surprising. I feel super lucky to have found Renu. At the end of every session, I feel challenged but not beaten up. Dino is not only great at working around limitations but also working on improving those limitations (and has the credentials to back up his approach). I'm pretty new to Renu, but I feel like this approach will help me improve at a pace that's good for me and will help my consistency (which has been an ongoing issue). In the short time I've been going, the most significant change has been mentally. I just feel better in body and mind. What also stands out is the supportive environment; there is zero intimidation when walking into Renu. Everyone starts from where they are, and Dino is skilled at designing workouts and modifying them to each individual's strengths and weaknesses. It's like personal training in a small class environment, which I find uniquely motivating. If you're looking for a program but are worried about any limitations you may have, I recommend trying Renu.

Classes are normally limited to 36 people, though presently, I think it's limited to 12 for COVID. Masks are worn for indoor workouts, doors are opened for circulation. I had…read morepreviously tried things like T25 (Videos), and in the past had been a gym member (lifting weights); but none of them really kept me motivated and coming back...nor was I really very dedicated to cardio work. F45 kind of changed all that. Each session is pretty intense as far as a workout goes, but it's all about how hard you push yourself. Exercises can be slower and easy, or fast and hard (or slow and hard ;-) ) depending on how you feel, and your level of confidence. However, the trainers that are there to help you along and the team of people that you work out with that help you to get motivated make all the difference. The folks that come there are super friendly and engaging; and the trainers are personable and non-judgemental ;-) . It's a high intensity workout, and it's easy to get a lot out of it so long as you go on a regular basis. All that being said, I'm a fan of F45. There are some things that make it better (perhaps) than others: - Erika (the trainer that is usually there when I go) is super friendly and helpful; she's always greeting you with a smile on her face, and ending the day with high-fives; and during the workouts she's letting you know where you can improve - or where you can push yourself harder. - The changing exercises daily (both in terms of timing, flow, and exercises themselves) keep things from getting dull; and you're focusing on different body parts - which is also great. - There are NO TREADMILLS; it's personal - but I'm not a fan of those things at all, so the lack of them is a plus for me. I've met several nice people at the local F45, and although none of them have invited me or my family over for dinner, I remain hopeful. Seriously though - the people are great, the trainers are great, and they have these heart monitors you can strap on to see how much you are improving. I'd highly recommend you go and try it out if you're looking for something different, and engaging, in terms of high intensity interval training.
