Update to Customer Service: That would have been great to know when I was calling prior previous times to ask about canceling my membership that the annual fee would occur and to refer back to my agreement during those times. It also would have been nice to become aware during the time of cancellation that I could expect the annual fee to still be processed.

We started with some conditioning to get warmed up (way better than running around in a circle to warm up) then went into the tech of the day. After that we had rounds. And rounds. and more rounds. Man I was exhausted when I left. They train and fight hard. All of his students are friendly and eager to learn and grow. Scott is a legit black belt and WRECKED me for two whole rounds. Worth It. If you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape, or learn how to be a monster on the mat this is the gym for you. I can not recommend this place enough. Follow that road all the way back until you see the building on the left with the FREE GYM banner. They are located right next to a flooring store. I'm not sure what their hours are so you may want to call first. The owner Sean is really cool and all the employees are super knowledgeable about the products. Check them out!! You can also just go there to buy smoothies. They give you a token to come back and visit the gym if you want. I don't know of another smoothie joint in town.
