Somehow between changing rooms I left my knife on the hydro massage chair and the fitness attendant that was helping with their technical issues picked it up and pocketed. After noticing that I left it behind I returned to the gym and asked her if she saw my knife on the chair, she replied no completely insulting my sensibility! I said ok and just left because I didn't want to make such a big deal I've a $10 Amazon knife. I had to travel down to RM to cancel since I relocated from there and then being told, "oh it just changed for you to cancel online." Wasted time, gas and energy. Update to Customer Service: That would have been great to know when I was calling prior previous times to ask about canceling my membership that the annual fee would occur and to refer back to my agreement during those times. It also would have been nice to become aware during the time of cancellation that I could expect the annual fee to still be processed.

Normally I train about 1 to 1.5 hours a everyday but this 2 hour no gi class was one hell of a workout for me. We started with some conditioning to get warmed up (way better than running around in a circle to warm up) then went into the tech of the day. After that we had rounds. And rounds. and more rounds. Man I was exhausted when I left. They train and fight hard. All of his students are friendly and eager to learn and grow. Scott is a legit black belt and WRECKED me for two whole rounds. Worth It. If you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape, or learn how to be a monster on the mat this is the gym for you. I can not recommend this place enough. The vibe is so chill yet everyone is there to get down. Great for beginners all the way through to experienced grapplers. Come test yourself mentally and physically and Wilson premier jiu jitsu gym!
