I have been a member at the Regency for about 15 years. They have a full assortment of gym…read moreequipment, weights, racquetball courts, exercise classes, and more. They continually upgrade their equipment. They are not known as the hippest gym in town, but it is a great place to work out. The one area they are lacking is updating the dressing rooms / restrooms. The entire time I have been a member the facilities have always been below standard. If this were remediated I would give them 5 stars.

Appalling business practices, will not stop taking money from us…read more Initially tried to cancel our membership when the COVID-19 pandemic was still in full swing. Called up to do so, nope. They wouldn't accept that, we had to go in-person or they wouldn't accept it. (Shows you what they actually think about the health of their clients.) Didn't get cancelled, the payroll draft was still going out. Tried to cancel through other means (bank/work) but no, only in the gym itself. Eventually went in, filled out forms, done -- or so we thought. Payday comes, still going out. Okay, maybe we missed the cutoff for that month? Waited, and nope, still going out. My husband called them and complained. Manager was very apologetic--the paperwork wasn't done right, employee was new, mistake on their end etc. It would be cancelled and we would be refunded. Nope. Payday again, it's STILL going out. Called them AGAIN...and this time, they say "oh but it's a 30 day contract so we're allowed to charge you for another 30 days AFTER you cancel..." Get outta here. You've been taking $60 a month from my family for MONTHS, stop stealing peoples money you skeezy, unprofessional bunch of scammers.

I've been to a lot of PF locations (a black card benefit) and I was disappointed in this one in my…read morehome town. I come to Wilson often, but this is my first visit to this PF. There was dust on the in corners and on equipment. There were old spills that had not been cleaned up. And worst of all the men's bathroom had a toilet that looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The dual big roll toilet paper dispenser had not been serviced and was about to run out. And who designs a restroom with no lights right over the sink & mirror. I didn't say anything to the staff because I got the feeling that they weren't interested in customer feedback. Other locations have some very clean gyms, Wilson deserves no less. The equipment is good and the guests were friendly ... hence the 2nd star.

Been to a ton of PF locations this past few months and I gotta say, this is the most awkward of…read morethem all. The staff are for sure hit or miss, mostly miss. They are either just hanging out at the front counter either focused in talking to each other or (mostly thus) playing on their phones or nowhere to be found. Walk in, you might be greeted with a half hearted "welcome" from the side of their mouth but typically not acknowledged at all. On more than one occasion I have had to go up front to request paper towel dispenser to be refilled. Also, want a chair or bed for PF Black? They are often just on their cell phone and won't even notice you walk up to counter.

I was so excited when I found the opportunity to workout at one again in Wilson! I have always and will always recommend HOTWORX to everyone!

I went with a friend to try this place out. It was supposed to be a nice relaxing workout but all I…read moreheard was a baby/toddlers shrieks and screams!!!! Apparently the owner decided to bring her child to work. During the whole workout you couldn't relax or even hear the virtual instructor for the shrieks and screaming- then her saying "we don't scream/shhhh". I decided NOT to join because I feel that was so unprofessional. I get that you are young and you have a family but think of it this way-how would you feel if you came to workout, relax and have a good workout-but you can bc you have to hear somebody's child screaming!! It's freaking annoying!!! Also, I want to note I went up to ask the young lady a question at the front. I look over and see the owner not even looking up- texting on her phone while I'm standing up there waiting for an answer. I feel she's extremely snooty. I'll stick with Planet Fitness! I'm not trying to be mean, but if you have a child either stay home with him or either put him in daycare. For the membership price of this studio, which is pricey you should not have to hear a baby shrieking and screaming during your workout!! Keep your baby at home!!! My friend says it's not only during the day but it's in the afternoons/evenings as well!!! I come to the gym to get away from my children not to hear another's persons child screaming at the top of his lungs while I'm trying to work out!!! Hayley get a babysitter or stay at home!!!!!!
