At one point, a child became physically aggressive toward another child, and there was no intervention from staff or care for the little boy balling on the floor. There was also a child loudly expressing distress ("I hate this place") and acting out, again without clear redirection or support from teachers. As a parent, what stood out most was the lack of active engagement and supervision. It did not feel like a structured or safe environment for young children. Kids running wild and unsupervised. We ultimately decided this was not the right place for our family, and I would strongly encourage other parents to do a thorough visit and observe closely before even considering it as an option.

The updates throughout the day on the app are comforting too :) Even though any baby may struggle with being dropped off, my son is always being snuggled or obviously cared for well every time I pick him up.
