The personal interest the teachers show in my two boys really warms my heart. Miss Shevette is an absolute angel.

We were lucky enough to find an opening for our kids here and will never go anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and so helpful. They really do care so much about your kids and have an excellent communication app that gives you updates throughout the day (naps, how much they are and what they ate, etc). Tamara and Susan are excellent administrators and have such a great communication set up with their staff, and it shows. The staff is always happy and welcoming and will voice any differences/concerns regarding the kids. Hands down the absolute BEST daycare in the area!!

She's learning more and socializing more. She comes home happier then when she was at rainbow. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Her teacher Victoria is amazing at what she does, it makes me happy when I bring my daughter in and she smiles at her and doesn't cry like she did at rainbow. The only thing I wish they had was an app so we could see some pictures of her and check up on her day but they say that is coming. All in all we couldn't be more pleased!

We had no coach for Four games when I had enough and decided that I would step up and assist as a coach, which I didn't want to do but there was literally no one else. Halfway through the season I registered for one of the sports camps for almost $300 just to find out it was for a half-day camp and there was going to be no lunch or snacks provided, we would have to provide all of that in addition to all the equipment... but we would get some stupid Nike t-shirt. This program is a rip-off with no options for a refund, even when an emergency comes up (as we found out when we tried to cancel the registration for the Soccer camp when my MIL needed knee replacement surgery). Really sad...

First day, no fields were marked. When we asked the staff where we could find the coach or any information about flag football they basically said, "we have football now?" No communication from the league and the coaches are nice but are unable to really accomplish any of their own communication effectively due to the league leadership being lame. And don't bother complaining, the fine print when you pay tells you refunds are never given out. Don't waste your money. Find another community driven league for your kids.

Each teacher and administrator at this facility is dedicated to meeting to goals of the center and the parents they serve. Never have I visited an early childhood learning center (and I have visited many) and gone away with such positive feelings. I feel secure that our granddaughter is getting the best care and early education available (and in two languages)! The teachers are so impressive and caring. They provide a positive, happy, and calming vibe. Our three year old granddaughter is always happy to see her teachers and classmates and never hesitates to send me (or her mom) away so she can get busy playing and learning. It is so heartwarming to see the love of the teachers toward each child at the center. And it is a great relief to know our daughter has found the perfect early childhood education for her daughter. Love that they have a video cam and use an appt to send feedings, naps and photos(love getting those photos mid day). If we ever have a question their directors get back to us within hours!

They didn't just help my daughter grow -- they helped me as a new mom navigate all the changes, emotions, and adjustments that come with those early months. Every teacher we interacted with showed patience, kindness, and a level of dedication that is rare to find. They celebrated her milestones, comforted her when she needed it, and kept me informed every step of the way. Knowing she was in such loving and capable hands gave me peace of mind that I will always be grateful for. This place is truly something special. If you're looking for a daycare where your child will be nurtured, supported, and treated like family, look no further. I could not recommend it more. Don't hesitate -- enroll your little one here. It was one of the best decisions I've made for my daughter.

I have never experienced someone so disconnected with what's happening at the facility. The accounts are in shambles, and mistakes are handled by the director with zero grace or humility. Then once your child makes bonds with friends and teachers, it truly leaves you in a hard place when you encounter a operator/business owner like Praj.

Some kids were playing and some were watching the show. There weren't that many kids there when we arrived but when we left a few kids came. They offered lunch for an additional $8 which is good. My son had already eaten so we didn't get the lunch. There was one caregiver with the kids and one at the desk. It looked as if she was helping with the kids too when she wasn't needed at the desk so I wasn't concerned about supervision. The price was very reasonable for child care. I only said I would maybe recommend it bc we've only been once. However , we will be trying it again.

My son went to this daycare for several years but he will not ever go there again. Ever since the…read moreowner merged her 40/42 center with this center the daycare has turned unorganized and chaotic. The owner hides and won't discuss any issues with you unless you practically hunt her down and the front office can't give you any answer other than "you're wrong, we're right." It seems that anytime you have a question there are absolutely no two workers (staff, management, owner) that will give you the same answer. When you do interact with the staff, front office or owner they're either clueless and can't help or they're extremely unprofessional and have no desire to help you. I received a call at work one day from the office telling me that my account was past due (like by $1000!?!) and if my account balance wasn't paid in full by the end of that day then my son couldn't go to their center anymore. When I got to the center to look at my account I noticed within 5 seconds that for several weeks they had been double charging me. I had to practically argue with the woman for her to take the time to actually look at the line items to see the double charges. Then it happened again a month later! Each time I went to the office to straighten it out I was treated as though I was a problem. It became clear to me that anytime there is an issue it simply becomes the "parents problem" because the staff, management nor owner are willing to help in any way. Furthermore, when the children get to the center after school there is absolutely no structure. No homework time. No reading time. Nothing. Just run wild and play and hopefully the ONE teenager in charge can keep up with all the children. One day when I picked my son up I was told two older kids were bullying him. One child was holding his arms behind him while the other was trying to pour dirt down his throat. My son told me how he yelled and screamed for help but the teacher apparently couldn't hear him because the teacher was on the other side of the yard playing with some other children. The teacher apologized to me and told me they would try their best to prevent it from happening again but the bullying continued. On another day, my son came home singing "I don't f*** with you" and told me they'd listened to it in the daycare van after school. When I told the office they said he must have been mistaken because their teachers wouldn't do that. THEN on another day he came home telling me he'd had sex at daycare! Apparently a 4th grade girl laying under a blanket asked him to lay with her and then told him to take down his pants and he did! So now my kid thinks he's done the naughty and I'm still waiting on them to tell me where the teacher was when this happened! As you can see, when you run into an issue and go to the office to sort it out you're pretty much called a liar and told "well there's no notes in the system about that conversation" or "do you have any proof that even happened?" This is just crazy to me because they write down what they want to write down. They have no notes of any of the incidents I've mentioned and act like they are all just so perfect at their jobs. It's sad because it wasn't always like this. When my son was really young I loved this center but ever since the two centers merged and the new staff took over it's become a completely different place. Needless to say, my son will never step foot in this daycare again.
