East Side Mario's- bada boom bada barf! Came as a group of 10 with reservations and it took 2 hours to get our food. It was busy and the young wait staff are working hard but don't give a rats ass about you. An entire shelf of metal trays came smashing to the floor and they simply left it there. They put a caution wet floor sign and they all walked around it. Some even kicked trays into the back kitchen. The kitchen was so loud, smashing pots and pans, breaking glasses made for a terrible experience. Food arrived on oddly sized plates. Some who had ordered the same dish had it on 2 different plates. The Hell's Kitchen chicken arrived cold, the veggies seems like the were heated in the microwave in a bag and there were 3 mushrooms on the plate. Everything seemed like it was thrown on the plate. The chicken parmesan was heated in a microwave. The veal sandwich and French fries were not fresh and also seemed microwaved. The restaurant was also filthy. Seems like they mop the floors with olive oil and the bathrooms were gross. I'll never be back. Would have had a better and cheaper experience across the street at the Belle Province or Subway. read more

Food was all very good. Our server, Philippe, was fantastic though. He truly made our dinner amazing.

Went here on a work trip, food was ok. Loved the beer (but how can you mess that up?) Atmosphere could use a bit of work. Chicken was good, but the veggies tasted like they came out of a microwave bag. read more

Menu is massive and a bit too all American fast foodish but great friendly service. Waiting for the pizza to come and we will know more about the food. Why is it most restaurants neglect to clean the chairs when they clean the tables? The pizza has arrived and it is fabulous have to report. Margarita thin crust with pepperoni and pineapple. A glass of multipuliciano abruzzo. We are sitting on the patio. The inside decor looks fun. Red and white tablecloths. We would come back. read more

First of all, the menu here is MASSIVE. I don't think I have ever seen such a large menu in my life of going to restaurants... If you are a indecisive person you might have problems here. I invited my group of friends here for a surprise get together because I figured everyone should be able to find something they would like. I had the Tropical fruit sangria and found it had a strange musky taste. My friends had the other kinds of sangria and they were much better. The menu said unlimited soup and garlic bread so we said yes please! I had the roasted garlic and tomato and thought it was delicious. I believe that as a group we tried all of the soups available and everyone was pleased. For my main I chose the Scallop Carbonara... it was awesome! It had some scallops wrapped in bacon as well as other scallops in the pasta, I would definitely have that again. The décor is super cool/cheesy Italian style with checkered tablecloths and everything. This restaurant was definitely a good pick. However, the waitress was terrible and non existent. We were never offered more bread or soup even if the menu said unlimited. Our soup bowls stayed at our table until another waiter all together brought our main meals. She never came back to see if we needed anything else nor asked if we wanted another drink nor if we wanted dessert. It wasn't as if she had too many tables because we saw her go to around 5 other tables throughout the night... She was simply non existent. I will never understand why someone with zero social skills becomes a waitress. Anyway, as long as you don't get this waitress I definitely recommend this place for a cool Italian style get together with friends. read more

Horrible experience. Calamari not cooked. Scallops linguine carbonara... forgot the scallops. When we finally got them they were undercooked. No cheese offered in Caesar salad. Forgot the bread. Server was overworked. Not an excuse but really not his fault. I guess the manager did not know this was the first weekend in the annual construction vacation in Quebec. Only positive was the sangria. read more

Service was attentive and I could tell the front of the house team was working hard. The menu is generic when it comes to Italian cuisine. My meal tasted rushed. I don't think the kitchen is big enough to deliver a quality meal during peak times. read more

Nice food and reasonable price. Garlic bread was good too. It took 40 min to get the main dish though. Had nice conversation while having bread salad soup. It is supposed to be a relaxed slow pace European dinning experience. read more

The service was excellent and patient as I don't speak French, unfortunately. The space was neat, clean, and screams kitschy NYC, with signs for subway station stops, old pictures of NYC cops and even the name I suppose. There is a ton on the menu. I had the giadi(sp?) basically a handheld crepe-like wrap. Mine had chicken, roasted peppers, some sauce, romaine and cheese. It was served quickly as per the fast lunch menu I ordered from. The waitress neither pushed me out the door nor hovered over my table. I would come back for lunch...It's a bit too fast-food-Italian for me though, think a cross between Olive Garden and Applebee's . read more

Not too good. Minestrone soup had maybe 8 pieces of vegetables. The chicken tetrazzini was mostly tasteless even with extra cheese on top. The chicken had the texture of processed chicken . Only go if you are starving and don't feel like driving. There is way better food in Bromont . read more

Went there with our family,7 in all,& were treated exceptionally well by the staff, while enjoying wonderful dishes,& drinks.

It was my first time at this restaurant. My girlfriend and I have been wanting to try it out for a while. As we walked in we were kindly greeted at the door by one of the waitresses Arriane. The ambiance was very nice. Very old school look mixed with modern touches as well. My girlfriend ordered fetichini alfredo gratinee. She enjoyed it very much. I myself ordered the grilled salmon with broccoli which also came with alfredo. The salmon was tasty n juicy. And with all you can eat soup, salad and garlic bread included.. You can't go wrong. Very reasonable prices too. read more

A terrible experience. Our waitress was very slow, never returned to check if things were satisfactory. We were missing a fork that I went and got myself at the bar, after waiting for 10 minutes. No refills of water or soda. We went with our three children and two ordered pasta, both dishes were overlooked and mushy, to the point even they wouldn't eat them. My wife ordered the Tuscan salad and it was mostly iceberg lettuce. There was one fig in it and maybe half an orange. There were also houseflies all around, constantly landing on the food and us. Don't waste your money here when there are plenty of other restaurants nearby! read more
