Did the wrecker pull out your car without damage and efficiently. Take it from a retired policeman; wreckers have to cooperate with law enforcement. They are just covering their back side as far a liability. What wreckers are supposed to pull 4th time O.W. I's out of the ditch and let them back in the car to continue to drive. Wreckers have to also protect those on the road and watch out for the safety of the community. If you put yourself in a bind don't take it out on the wrecker operator. Drove my car here after a round trip run to Madison for engine work. It had to be towed away after they tried to fix it. My running driving car can't even be started after east side auto was done with it. And they billed me $350. read more

I have taken both my vehicles to Eastside Auto in the past 6 months. I have had an awesome experience every time. Great people, quick and easy to schedule, thorough diagnosis, good review of the work needed before repairs, quality work at a fair price. My pickup needed a water pump and belts replaced. I called on Monday, set the appointment for Tuesday to check the vehicle, they ordered the parts and it was repaired on Wednesday. They offered me a rental car for just $15. Warning! Stay away. I was driving and went in the ditch due to snow and an unfamiliar vehicle. The tow truck driver called the cops on me! I call for help and I get harassed. He told me if they don't alert cops they don't get business from them. To me that is disgusting. I basically paid that creep (who by the way talked bad about the officer) to harass me. Moral of the story is don't call this company for help. Oh, and the tow truck driver kept staring at my chest. read more
