(Fiberglass or aluminum and if I wanted it color matched to my truck) Since I had already researched what I wanted, the process went quickly and smoothly. The installation was done quickly and professionally and they washed it after the installation. I would highly recommended T&T to anybody looking for a truck bed cap. This place was recommended by our regular auto guy as a place to have our AC looked at. The…read moremechanic (or owner?) was not very friendly throughout interaction. We ended up paying $100 to have the problem diagnosed, which was more than we expected. We were told the air compressor was out, and it would cost $900 to replace. We decided not to have it fixed, and it felt like there was some amount frustration directed towards my husband about that choice. Here's the reason for the one-star review: My husband gets home, starts googling to see if he can do this work himself. He finds out, that on our model of car -- which is a very common model -- there is one electrical relay that always goes out first on the AC. My husband bought it for $60 on ebay and fixed it himself. AC fixed. I just quite frustrated to consider that we would have put $1,000 into repairs, and it wouldn't have fixed the problem.

After a referral from AMS, I took my car next door to Archer Auto Repair. Both times, owner Joe Busche got my car in his shop, called me to explain the repairs and quoted me a reasonable price for the work, then got me back on the road in one day. His shop is well equipped to handle simple to major repairs and modifications. For example, I noticed an RX-7 on the lift awaiting installation of a V8. I recommend Archer Auto Repair. They do good work at a reasonable price without a lengthy wait. Thank you, Jon Pfeiffer

* Found our truck online and received an almost immediate email and text response to schedule a…read moretest drive. We loved how fast and seamless their website and communication system was. * Justin was friendly, answered our questions, followed up over the weekend, and made the buying process easy. * We appreciated that there was no pressure when we chose to finance through our local credit union and purchase our extended warranty elsewhere. * Our pickup appointment was at 3:30, but we waited about 50 minutes before meeting with Jake in finance. Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500-$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. Had we known upfront that only one key was included, we would have tried to negotiate that separately. * By the time we finished, Justin was helping another customer, so we didn't receive a walkthrough of the truck's features before leaving or have a chance to ask any final questions to him. * Overall, we're very happy with the truck. The dealership is beautiful, everyone we worked with was friendly, and we'd gladly shop at Lenz Truck Center again. Better communication about the missing key fob and a more complete vehicle delivery are the reasons for our 4-star review. We left feeling disappointed by how the key fob situation was handled and wished the delivery had ended on a warmer, more complete note.
