Someone suggested that we call an Auto Zone to see if their staff could walk us through what was happening with our car, so we gave the Rhinelander Auto Zone a call and were transferred to Jordan. Despite calling about car maintenance questions (i.e. not Auto Zone's typical calls), Jordan was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing what might be wrong with my car, and wisely suggested that it was not safe to drive. As it turns out, he was right - the mechanics the next day agreed that driving would have been a very bad idea. I really appreciate Jordan going above and beyond to help us - it's clear that the Rhinelander Auto Zone has some wonderful staff. Thank you!

I find their prices to be extremely competitive and I think they do a great job. I have the auto butler package on one of my vehicles that was purchased from the GM dealer and I have been very satisfied with the results over the first 4 years of owning the vehicle. The prices are so competitive that in the past I've had them shampoo my carpets after winters. If I recall correctly I think it was under $70 out the door and it keeps your car looking and smelling new on the inside!

He towed us back to his place of business and took my husband & I back in his truck. We don't trust diesel repairs to just anyone but we let him work on our truck and gave us a loaner for our 90 minute drive back home. Our truck repair went great. The repair was reasonably priced. Truck is running better than before our break down. We will be dropping our truck off with him for any future repairs.

The installation was so terrible it ended up destroying to new canvas after 6 uses. I called and sent pics of what happend and they made every excuse in the book on how it wasn't their fault. Pictures don't lie. Even sent the pics to a places that specializes in canvas install and they couldn't believ how cobbled the install was. Basically the height of the canvas was installed uneven and it ripped off from the bottom when the camped was popped up. Recieved new canvas and installed myself after they basically ghosted me by not calling back about part availablity or the real problem.. What a joke.

Hired this dealership to move a Jayco 40' bungalow for us as they were the ones who originally set it in its spot when it was new. it needed to be moved 30 miles NW. Driver called. He was late and was now at wrong campground to pick up. He showed up with a 1/2 ton truck to tow this trailer that weighed close to 11,000 pounds. Hooked it up, no tools with him, no air to check tires, squatted the truck of course. Driver hauled it fine and put it exactly where I wanted it the first time. He knew what he was doing and this is the only reason the rating wasn't lower. Not bad for $12 a mile, $360?
