The next time I went to my regular place for oil changes, I told them what the man said. They told me that Lube Works cross threaded the plug. The man at Lube Works never told me that. My regular place found a temporary substitute. 6 months later, today, I went to my regular place again. ThiIf the heli coil doesn't work, the pan will have to be replaced. Cost $700.

Our diesel Dodge dually pickup up broke down out of town and our Road Assistance service was unable…read moreto provide towing service for us. TJ, the owner of this service rescued us. He towed us back to his place of business and took my husband & I back in his truck. We don't trust diesel repairs to just anyone but we let him work on our truck and gave us a loaner for our 90 minute drive back home. Our truck repair went great. The repair was reasonably priced. Truck is running better than before our break down. We will be dropping our truck off with him for any future repairs.

It was 3:30pm and the four places we stopped at (including the Chevy dealer in Rhinelander) did not have the staff to resolve the issue. Some of the repair shops are closed on the weekends. Service personal from the Chevy dealer offered a couple of good suggestions. We ended up at D and J Auto and Truck Repair in Rhinelander where we met the owners. It was almost closing time but the mechanics said they would look at it. Well, less thirty minutes later the problem was resolved with a new wheel bearing and we were on our way. Wonder folks. Honest as the day is long. Highly recommend D and J Auto and a Truck Repair.

The installation was so terrible it ended up destroying to new canvas after 6 uses. I called and sent pics of what happend and they made every excuse in the book on how it wasn't their fault. Pictures don't lie. Even sent the pics to a places that specializes in canvas install and they couldn't believ how cobbled the install was. Basically the height of the canvas was installed uneven and it ripped off from the bottom when the camped was popped up. Recieved new canvas and installed myself after they basically ghosted me by not calling back about part availablity or the real problem.. What a joke.

Hired this dealership to move a Jayco 40' bungalow for us as they were the ones who originally set it in its spot when it was new. it needed to be moved 30 miles NW. Driver called. He was late and was now at wrong campground to pick up. He showed up with a 1/2 ton truck to tow this trailer that weighed close to 11,000 pounds. Hooked it up, no tools with him, no air to check tires, squatted the truck of course. Driver hauled it fine and put it exactly where I wanted it the first time. He knew what he was doing and this is the only reason the rating wasn't lower. Not bad for $12 a mile, $360?
