Last month, my fiancee and I were having car problems in Eagle River. Unfortunately, being a Sunday, all of the service shops were closed, and my Honda customer service wasn't very helpful. Someone suggested that we call an Auto Zone to see if their staff could walk us through what was happening with our car, so we gave the Rhinelander Auto Zone a call and were transferred to Jordan. Despite calling about car maintenance questions (i.e. not Auto Zone's typical calls), Jordan was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing what might be wrong with my car, and wisely suggested that it was not safe to drive. As it turns out, he was right - the mechanics the next day agreed that driving would have been a very bad idea. I really appreciate Jordan going above and beyond to help us - it's clear that the Rhinelander Auto Zone has some wonderful staff. Thank you! read more
