It took them a week to schedule mitigation, then they rescheduled themselves from a Monday to a Tuesday without asking me if I could accommodate that with my work. When they did arrive (an hour later than they scheduled themselves), the staff that they sent had no idea as to the scope of work and how to obtain entry into my neighbor's garage, a plan which was arranged the week prior. There has been no communication as to when they will arrive to repair the hole in my wall that they cut out to assess the water damage, and despite multiple follow up attempts via phone and email from me and my insurance company, they just will not deliver any documentation like photos, water readings, or an estimate for the necessary repair work. Every time we follow up, it is, "We are working on that now and we'll get that to you as soon as possible." They appear to have provided excellent service to hundreds of people in NKY, so I am very confused why my case has been so awful. It's astounding that a company rated this high has dropped the ball this hard. As other reviewers have mentioned, working with Calvin and the actual process of water mitigation was great. They were respectful and communicative. However, Andrew and Rob really need to work on their communication and stop putting off whatever it is they are putting off. I recommend this company if you don't mind your repairs taking months and your insurance claim being at risk of suspension while you wait. Otherwise, they get a D- from me.

Which was understandable so she had to leave mid clean, however upon my arrival home I looked around the house to see what was done. I found all my bedroom furniture 3 pieces had something on the surface. I then immediately got a warm rag to wipe down( I don't do messes and this was found on all 3 furniture pieces, looked like some type of spray, that wasn't wiped down) well it ate the finish off of my furniture. I asked what was used and she just said a microfiber cloth. ( this stuff was sticky, if it had a micro fiber cloth used on it, it would have stuck to the stick on my furniture) something was used on my furniture and it is now ruined. Another, cleaner came back on Monday to finish the clean. My whole house was supposed to be deep cleaned. All appliance cleaned, dusted etc. I sent the owner a message and told her I was disappointed in the clean the 2nd cleaner did. Appliances still not cleaned, my daughters room and sons room not touched, no dusting, bathroom wasn't finished..... I took a ton of photos around 40 of things that were not done. She assured me she would come to my home and make sure my house would get clean up to my expectations. I came home from work on the 3rd trial of cleaning. She did send me pictures of things she cleaned, however there were so many things still not cleaned. My bathroom floor was still dirty, not swept or mopped. My kitchen wasn't dusted whatsoever, only the ceiling fan and light fixtures. My bedroom shelves, not touched. My upstairs bathroom only one inside shower door was cleaned and, gunk around thr sink was still there. My living room wasn't throughly dusted, i have cob webs everywhere. I had to pay for services in advance which I had no problem doing. I just was very disappointed. I showed the pictures to a friend who has a cleaning business and she told me she would have fired every person on the crew if they left their clients house in the condition it was in. And, especially after my furniture is ruined. I will definitely go with another company to do a more professional cleaning. What they did clean was good. But, the company didn't do a full cleaning. They missed so much.

Our old ones (front & back) had been damaged since we moved into our house and spewed water in a radial fan the entire time we used them. They wasted as much water as they released into the hose! It got to the point that we wouldn't even use the one in the front and only out of necessity in the back. Not only did he replace them with new upgraded easy to use handles, but he also fixed them inside our house so that they each had their own shutoff valve so that they could be properly drained in the winter and avoid freezing. Brandon was on time, friendly with our dogs, and very conscientious of cleaning up after the work was done. He is very knowledgeable about so many things and I would trust him with any repair or remodel we ever need in the future. We liked him so much we would recommend him to our best friends and family!
