A total kitchen remodel was a bigger project than I expected. Having a company like Virgo…read moreRemodeling was extremely helpful when it came to pulling all the pieces together. Cabinets, flooring, painting and countertops. Brian with Virgo did the cabinet piece, and provided crucial information regarding the flooring, countertops and painting. He helped with all the decisions that needed to be made, and coordinated with the other contractors to ensure that each part fell together seamlessly. I got 3 estimates for the total project, and ending up going with Brian to get the entire project complete. His estimate was in the middle as far as cost. From the 1st stage of demolition, to the last countertop being installed, Brian made sure that all the details were covered, and that the project moved along smoothly. He did quality cabinet work, and clearly took pride in all the work that was done. I could have gotten it all done for a little less money, but am confident that I paid a fair price. Many questions came up during the process, and Brian provided all the answers along the way. When issues came up, and they inevitably will, Brian took the time to get them resolved. I am very happy that I didn't go with the cheapest estimate, as I'm certain that I wouldn't have received the assistance that I got as the project progressed. I am very happy with Virgo Remodeling, and would recommend that you reach out to Brian to see if they can do a great kitchen remodel for you as well.

We got the reference for this business from our realtor along with a couple of other options, but we picked Paramount due their quick response and willingness to work with our remote situation. On the phone they took an estimate of the area and number of rooms to shampoo and provided a $ amount based on that. 1 week before the scheduled date I had to call and ask to do the job sooner since there was a change in our relocation plan. They worked with us and gave us an earlier date. They also agreed to enter the house using a lock box since we wouldn't be there yet. The technician called me about 30 mins before getting to the house to let me know they were on the way. The place looked clean and detailed when we got to the house 2 days later. We will certainly use them again in the future!

Not knowing any of the past history on the existing unit, we decided to upgrade it for additional potential flooding protection. They arrived on time, did a great job on the install, and completely cleaned up the entire work space before leaving. We moved to another older home, a few years later, and we decided to upgrade the existing older electric sump pump. Because of the complete satisfaction with our first experience with this quality company, we called them back again, to install yet another more powerful electric sump pump, with battery back-up. As expected, everything worked out perfectly! Whenever you need a professional job done, at a very competitive price, do yourself a big favor and be sure to call Cincy Dry Shield.
