I waited 9 months to post this review mostly to make sure I wasn't just writing in anger. good things -Nate is a nice guy and so is his wife -calls and emails returned quickly not so good things -custom $4000 window took more than 12 weeks from ProVia -window was built wrong - ordered incorrectly -needed corrections -installation - they took all of my old rotted brick mould and tried to cut it up and piece it together with caulking - it looked like a three old did it (I made them replace with all new brick mould - I should not have had to ask for this) -J channel moulding not replaced - I was never even asked about this - new $4000 should come with a new J channel (at least ask me) -inside mouldings not painted - if I knew this in advance I would have used someone else -no accountability, Nate talks a big line but end of the day does not hold himself or his company accountable for excellence outcome -after this experience, I ordered a new $14,000 door from ProVia and used someone else, the other company did an amazing job and exceeded all expectations. I suggest you do the same I will be buying $30,000 of brand new windows for my house this week. Writing a check to pay in full. 23 windows. I wont be using Nate or Meyer Windows.

You might think that seems like a fishy tactic to lure in customers for shoddy work. Definitely not the case here! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. I highly recommend them for anything to do with your garage doors. Thanks!

Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. The windows from Windows Plus gave us more window than the competitors. We did not have to order all new blinds where we would have needed to with the other local options. Unfortunately my husband and I had to leave out of the state for a family emergency. We were available for the first day installation but could not be here for the entire installation. No, my husband nor I could not have waited to leave. My brother in-law was available for the rest of the installation. Personally I prefer to have all work inspected prior to final Payout but could not leave that responsibility to another person. We arrived back home a week after the windows were installed. Once I started inspecting the windows I immediately messaged the company. After several emails and pictures sent showing some of the problems an appointment was made for two representatives to come out and inspect. Let's just say every window had some problem (gaps in the frames, a spot visible to the eye in between the glass panel, missing screen, poor screening, missing screen nut, frames cut too short, damaged decorative wood window trim ....) in addition to each window would need to be cleaned. The window installers were very nice and courteous when we were here the first day. They were very mindful of our cat who often likes to "escape" to be chased around the yard. One of our half moon shaped windows were being changed into a rectangle casing window. It turned out beautiful with the exception of the vinyl framing on the outside where there was a gap. Extremely long strand shortened - most issues primarily the blatant ones have been resolved. We still need to clean all our new windows.

The day they planned to replace the roof, rain was predicted. They let us know they would come the next day, unless rain was again predicted. They arrived at 7:20 with 8 workers and a supervisor. A large crew arrived at 7:00 a.m., the crew boss introduced himself to me, asked where the outlet was and patiently listened to my concerns. The crew was industrious and, according to my neighbor, more joined them as the day went on, so at one point there were 20 people working on my roof. It was completed in a day, looks amazing, and was done with a high level of quality, according to my neighbor who is himself a contractor. The driveway (where they dumped the old roof into the garbage truck) was pristine when I came home from work. Everything they did spoke of expertise, great work ethic, and excellent workmanship. What I wasn't really thrilled with was the inconsistent customer service. It seemed like a patchwork variety of people who worked with me at one time or another during the process, and no one really kept me informed on what was going on. The initial assessor gave me minimal information on even simple parts of the process, like how a choose a shingle color. (You waited a week to tell me (only when I specifically asked) that I could go to the office and take some shingle samples home, so I can compare it with the house color?) And the morning of the roofing job when I had a concern regarding one of the employees, the crew boss was dismissive of it. I called the office and they sent out a supervisor, but no one got back to me on what happened. (I didn't need details -- a simple "we looked into it and resolved it" would have been sufficient). But what really sticks in my mind was when the job was completed. There wasn't even a text message to notify me that they were finished, or any type of conversation or report on how it went. I came home from work to find them done and gone. Finally, after not hearing back from them (or even getting a bill) for a week, I called the office and was told that "earlier this week" (I assume 4 or so days after the initial work) a Deer Park inspector came to my house, checked the workmanship and approved it. So you went on my property without my knowledge and walked on my roof? And at no point discussed what you did with me or showed me pictures of the results? So would I use Deer Park again? I'd have to think hard about it. I hate being in the position of either choosing great workmanship/expertise or good customer service towards the property owner -- is it too unrealistic to expect both?
