After we got what we need, although there is check out sign at the garden center, but it's not in operation. We will need to go back to where we come in. This time, i try to push the button so the door will open automatically. But to my surprise, the button leads to the big garage kind of door moving up. Fast forward months later I decided to call and speak to a manager to give one more chance vs. giving a negative review. The assistant manager immediately involved the manager. The were all in contact multiple times with us. They actually involved the cabinet representative and scheduled a trip to my home to go over my concerns. They are standing behind their product, well them and the cabinet manufacturer. Yes, there are a few things I believe I should have been refunded or gotten some kind of credit for, because due to misinformation, I am now out well over $500 that was unplanned. I believe some of that could have been handled way better, but overall am still pretty impressed with how it was handled. Would definitely recommend them and am absolutely considering them for when I start the remainder of our home remodel.

The incorrect use of shims created uneven seams that were filled with a patching material (see photo). They even left the shims exposed at one end which not only is unsightly but created large gaps between bottom of Quartz and top of backsplash (see photo).
