Our tub drain under the house was disconnected and was dumping into our crawl space. Also, our existing plumbing was cast iron and upon further inspection Matt found that it was disintegrating. Although it was OK for the moment we decided that while he was down there to have it replaced with PVC. While I had him here he also replaced the drain under the bathroom sink because it was leaking and he tightened our toilet seat. Matt completed the job thoroughly, providing photos since I couldn't get under the house. He left everything in perfect working order. I found his pricing to be very competitive and affordable.
