I called and left a message after a storm damaged my roof. Jamie Brierly called me back and said…read morethey would come and look at my roof in a day or two. Now a month later and still no show. I see there trucks drive by my street almost daily but no follow up or call back. This is the same problem I had the last time they did work on my house and I needed them to come back and fix problems that should have been under warranty. I called my insurance agent and he recommend another contractor. I will reach back out to Brierly roofing just incase they forgot about me and update my review.

It's just the owner and his dad so they are extremely busy but the quality of work is worth the wait. Schedule ahead of time and it will be worth it. They replaced a flat roof on our porch, all of the porch fascia, new soffits, and rebuilt our crumbling chimney. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I will be calling them for all of our future repairs on our old home.

While reviewing…read morethe existing plumbing Matt discovered a couple of MAJOR issues that we weren't aware of because they were out of sight. Our tub drain under the house was disconnected and was dumping into our crawl space. Also, our existing plumbing was cast iron and upon further inspection Matt found that it was disintegrating. Although it was OK for the moment we decided that while he was down there to have it replaced with PVC. While I had him here he also replaced the drain under the bathroom sink because it was leaking and he tightened our toilet seat. Matt completed the job thoroughly, providing photos since I couldn't get under the house. He left everything in perfect working order. I found his pricing to be very competitive and affordable. He came out quickly to give a quote and was able to get to us very quickly once I accepted it. He stayed until the job was done and was very communicative from start to finish. Matt does most everything around the house so if you have repairs that you have been wanting to get done I highly recommend giving Newkirk's Home Repair LLC a call!

My parents purchased windows from this company, including installation, less than 5 years ago. The windows are now literally falling apart. Instead of standing behind the product and workmanship, we were told that because ownership changed hands, they are "not responsible" -- despite operating under the exact same business name. We have begged for help, asked for repairs, and tried to handle this privately for months. Instead, we've gotten delays, no real resolution, and zero accountability. When customers spend thousands of dollars on windows, they expect them to last longer than a few years and they expect a company to stand behind what was sold under their name.
