From start to finish, Erik, Owner of Big E was professional and communicated each step of the project from the quote (fair pricing), scheduling, any delays and accommodated the work around my time frame. Showed up on time, workmanship as a skilled carpenter and cleaned up after job was done. I highly recommend Big E and Son and would definitely recommend him to family and friends and rehire for any future home projects.

Entered into contract for a covered and screened in deck with DH Project and Construction on…read more4/26/22. On 8/4/22 he visited with another contractor to help explain that he underbid the project and would need an additional 30% even though he was already paid a deposit on a signed contract. Agreed and paid this new amount. Project is still not complete a year and 3 months later even though he has been paid in full in installments. Have been more than patient but now he is not returning communication at all. The deck ceiling is now falling apart before the project is even complete. Pictures of this incomplete deck are being used in the business profile. All I am asking for is completion of the work or a partial refund to cover another contractor completing the work.
