Management Plus is a horrible management company. I had trouble before I even purchased my condo…read morewhen my closing was almost delayed because they couldn't get their acts together. Two projects were submitted by the seller that were not completed until I resubmitted them. They will not tell me how old my roof is, and they will provide no information on the safety of the carport for my insurance company. They let the moles get out of control by only putting down grub, and. now there are patches of dirt all over the green space where they refuse to plant grass. They consider the front beds of each condo as common areas, but there are MANY around my unit that are full of half dead plants and weeds. There are also other areas that have been affected by erosion and are flowing into the street yet they will not do anything about these issues. Everyone I have spoken to at this company is rude. They don't EVER call you back, and no one is ever available when you call. It is ironic that they say they are always on the phone when I call, but no one is ever available or calls anyone back. I did get someone from accounting on the phone last week, and she proceeded to laugh at me and tell me I needed Jesus. This person from accounting at Management Plus laughed and scolded me for not being a Christian. I was told to contact the office about that, but guess what? I left a message, but no one has called me back. I am not surprised. Next order of business is to communicate this to my neighbors so that we can get a management company that isn't so rude and horrible to the residents they are supposed to be serving.
