My wife and I highly recommend Blaire Hancock for all of your realtor needs! We recently moved to…read morethe Northern Kentucky area from Arizona and we had no idea where to start when looking for a home. We were first time home buyers and driving around aimlessly, until we stumbled upon Blaire's contact info in front of a home that we liked. Once we contacted Blaire, the confusion and questions we had regarding purchasing a home were answered quickly and transparently by her. She is very knowledgeable regarding VA Home Loans as well, which was a huge plus for us. In addition to Blaire's knowledge, her swiftness on closing on the home that we loved was much appreciated. She was very organized and patient with us as well. When it is time to sell our home we will definitely be calling her to get the process started. It's a huge bonus that Simple Fee Realty has flat rate, transparent, and lower costs when selling a home. Thank you, Blaire, for getting us our dream home!

I fell into a situation where i needed to find a home within a few weeks, several realtors reached out to me but i did not "connect" well with them. I saw Otis's sign on a house for sale in my neighborhood and figured id give it a try. Boy am i glad i did. Thanks to Otis i am a proud owner of a beautiful house that my wife and i did not think we could find in our price range. I would highly recommend Otis for your realtor needs. He not only helped me with my house but he has also secured his place as a true friend! Otis is the man, you can even reach him during night hours if you have any questions - that to me shows true dedication and passion for the work. He was always prompt, punctual and supportive throughout the entire process. Not a single moment in the weeks we spent together looking for a house did i feel pressured or that he was trying to "sell" me. That speaks volume to me! He also helped me find my lending company!! Thanks Otis!

Otis had a bad attitude & was very unprofessional. We…read morewanted to work with a Black realtor thinking he would look out for us (we have even sent him clients in the past trying to support his business as a Black realtor). We found every house we saw with Otis- he never found one & only turned his nose up to the budget we had. My lender approved me for a loan without a co-signer & he told me that my lender told him that I needed one- til this day I've been approved & my lender never required a co-signer so I'm guessing he wasn't telling me the truth. We found a home that we wrote an offer on with an associate of his because he couldn't make the showing and we were told our offer was accepted- only for Otis to call us and tell us last minute that the seller never signed and we lost the deal. He told us he would call the seller to find out why & call us back- he never did. I tried to excuse Otis' lack of professionalism & communication and just move on with a realtor that was excited to help us. When I texted Otis to let him know that I wanted to go with another realtor & thank him, he caught an attitude and told me good luck finding a house at my price point. * I later found out that he posted about my budget on his Facebook page to make fun of me. I am so hurt & mortified. I will be reporting him to the board. I now have a new realtor and in my first day she provided me with so much care & knowledge- I hope all first time home buyers never have to experience being shamed or mistreated by a realtor. This is an ethical violation, I will be filing an official complaint. I hope Otis learns to treat clients with respect, kindness, & dignity. This should have been a happy experience for me & instead it's just been a nightmare.

Mark helpfully answered any and all questions I had regarding the buying process and experience and helped explain things to me that were completely foreign to me before looking into my first home. I had heard many negative things about real estate agents in general being pushy and just wanting to get their commissions, but let me tell you that Mark was the exact opposite of this. I am not exaggerating when I say that Mr. Smith looked at 30+ homes with me, and was always happy to do so. Mark will make it his mission to make sure that you find the home of your dreams in your price range. He did not push any houses onto me and always let me make the decisions on my own, offering his opinions on certain matters when asked. He was always informed and had up to date information on all the homes we looked at. Over the course of the several months that I looked at homes with Mark, he was always readily available and a great communicator. When I wanted to make an offer on a house, he did so promptly and had good recommendations on what offers were good and what wasn't, as I had no idea what I was doing. On the rare occasion that Mark was unavailable when I found a home I wanted to look at, he promptly set me up with someone else in his agency to take care of me for that day. This only happened one time in the 30+ homes I looked at. All in all, if you are looking to buy a home, I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Smith to guide you through this process. Not only is Mark an informed and skilled realtor, he is a great person and a fun individual to hang out with while going through this process. Buying a house is not a decision you want to rush into, and could take some time. Mark provides top of the line service, and is an enjoyable person to spend the time with while searching for your new home.
