We called roadside assistance and was transferred to the local sheriff's department. Before the sheriff's department could assist, John with the towing service stopped to offer help. The service and assistance John provided were unbelievable. He not only removed the blown tire, he transported us to the tire shop in Rowlett. A closer tire shop stated they would be closed before we could arrive. However, John provided the name of another tire shop in Rowlett that would possible help even though it was close to closing time. The tire shop in Rowlett, NTB, stayed open after 8 p.m., to also help. John transported us back to our vehicle, changed the tire, and refused to accept any money! John explained that he did not stop to make money, but to help. He stated he knew it would be almost impossible to find a business open to help and we would in all likelihood be stuck on the interstate on Thanksgiving day. What a blessing for John to have stopped to help us. Writing this review is the lease I can do. Thank you John and Cathey Towing 24 Hour.

I was so happy to have found them because the location is very close to Hope Park. This place offers full service bottle refill, nugget ice, water coolers, and other water supplies. The process is simple: I back my car up into a parking spot, carry my water bottles into the store or if they aren't too busy and see me they will come out and assist me in bringing my empty bottles into the store, they rinse and fill my bottles with fresh water, I pay and then they load them into my car. Everyone I have encountered was helpful and friendly. They even let my son fill up his water bottle when we come from the park. The interior is clean and always has a fresh smell. The water is good, and doesn't have an aftertaste. They also offer alkaline water if you're in need of it. They have basic reverse osmosis water for pets, plants and diffusers. I usually get the purified drinking water for my kiddos to drink and alkaline for when I workout. Overall, we are happy with the water and service we get from Lone Star H2O. When I initially…read morecalled his office, his receptionist was courteous and professional, Michael called me shortly thereafter and I apprised him of several plumbing issues, one of which involved two faucet handles that had a measure of corrosion. He quickly suggested I contact the manufacturer and take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I did and they agreed to send me replacement handles. That was an immediate cost saving measure. When Michael came to my home the next day, he proceeded to unclog three sinks, and improve the water flow in the three connected faucets. He also conveyed some valuable household plumbing information that should prove beneficial going forward. All of these services were provided at a reasonable price. I will definitely call Michael should future plumbing issues arise.
