Our insurance didn't cover, so we knew we anticipated having to fork over a lot of pennies. I went on Next Door and One Stop and Safelite amongst some others were recommended. Got a few quotes, but NOTHING compared to the competitive pricing One Stop offered. Not to mention, their reviews were excellent and customer service from start to finish, on the phone and in-person was top notch. We were sold! Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna come back haha...but if I need to or know anyone else who needs to, I'm recommending these guys! They look up your VIN and can give you an estimate quickly without even bringing in your vehicle. They ask for a down payment upon scheduling your appointment. I hear they take walk-ins and same day for folks with smaller repairs. We needed our entire windshield repaired, so there's that. Since our vehicle was newer and has some tech features, it also needed to be recalibrated which can get cost. Easy peasy for these guys! Our vehicle was ready sooner than the estimated time too! George was amazing! And the ladies handling the finances were also. They also gave us a little military veteran discount. So happy we took a leap with them and ended up supporting locally!

Ans we're really more than we could afford. We needed someone to come to us. A friend from Church Recommended Lefty's. She had used them when her car was broke into in the Northeast, and was very satisfied with price and service and Jordan, came to her home. So I called, and Jordan got me a quick quote, much better than any other, and came the next day. In about one HOUR, he had taken the door apart, replaced the glass and put it all back together. He even sent me a VIDEO showing it replaced and working up and down!! Now that's above and beyond in MY BOOK. If you get a busted, cracked or shattered auto glass, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEFTY'S Auto Glass. Jordan was SUPER PERSONABLE & FRIENDLY. Very efficient, and we even got a quote on another car we have, for in the future! Give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

Stone Chips Made Invisible!…read more After getting a nasty stone chip in my windshield while driving through a construction area, I realized that I had to get it repaired immediately or take the risk that it would propagate into a major crack for which the only recourse would be a windshield replacement. I went on-line to search for auto glass repair businesses in my area. The results were dismal. One well-known national chain store quoted an obscene price that was more than three times what I'd paid in the past for similar repairs. Another major national chain store told me they no longer did windshield repairs, despite the fact that their website clearly listed that as one of their services. A third local shop had done poor work for me in the past, and they'll never get my business again. Finally, I stumbled upon Optic-Kleer, a mobile glass repair and replacement franchise, and decided to give it a try. Importantly, owner John Nichols was able to slot my repair into his schedule within a few hours of when I called. I was impressed with his courtesy and communication skills from the moment I first talked with him on the phone. We set up an appointment, he called shortly before he arrived and he showed up on time--a rarity among El Paso businesses. He assessed the stone chip and went to work in a meticulous, professional manner, explaining every step of the process as I watched with intense interest. He was knowledgeable, courteous and well organized. Best of all, John's ministrations rendered the horrible stone chip "star" that defaced my windshield nearly unnoticeable; a tiny, pale white dot is all that remains of it, and you have to know exactly where to look in order to see it. I'm extremely satisfied with John's repair. It's an example of the type of quality work that's only possible when done by competent, skilled professionals who care about customer service. John Nichols and Optic-Kleer will get all of my auto glass business in the future. If you need auto glass repair or replacement, he's the guy to see.

We drove by anyways after it had closed, but some of the employees were still around. Pulled in just to ask some questions, but those guys were so nice they said they would do work, right away if they had the Windshield in stock. Got lucky that the Windshield was in-stock and they replaced the old cracked one in 15 min!!! Two employees jumped on the problem and got us taken care of FAST!! The Windshield looked great and we are super happy with the service. No uncharted for after hour work or anything. All way below what we had been quoted at other shops. Did I mention this was on a Saturday?!? Best $175 ever spent. Highly recommend.

I don't normally post reviews, but my experience today was extremely disappointing and upsetting…read more We went to have the front windshields replaced on two vehicles. Immediately afterward, I discovered that my car alarm was no longer working. I had never experienced any issues with it before, and the problem occurred after the windshield replacement. When I returned right away, I explained what had happened and asked them to take responsibility. Instead, they denied causing the damage and told me I would have to take the vehicle to an alarm shop to have it fixed. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I explained that the issue had never existed before and that I believed it happened when the alarm was handled, but my concerns were dismissed. Now I'm left with another problem and an additional expense that could have been avoided if they had simply taken responsibility and addressed the issue. PLEASE be very careful when choosing this business. If something goes wrong during your service, don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage. DON'T GO THERE.
