I hired them to replace all of the windows in my home with triple pane, insulated low E glass at a…read morecost of almost $23K. The windows took 8 MONTHS to arrive from the time the order was placed in August of 2021. The crew rushed the installation and failed to adequately caulk the exteriors and did a lousy job foam insulating the jambs. This resulted in air in leakage around the jambs the following winter, that broke 3 of the new windows! AWD replaced the glass under warranty and gave plenty of excuses for why my expensive new windows were "sweating" and breaking-- both of which were somehow my fault! In the following Spring I removed the casing on the interior of a window they'd replaced and found little to no foam around the jamb. Eventually, I removed all of the casing on all of the windows in the house and without exception, they ALL had very little insulating foam around their jambs. I spent over $130 on foam insulation at MENARDS to do it myself. When I showed pics of the gaps in the jambs, and what I had to deal with to Joe the owner, he laughed and asked if I wanted a job. He said they could use a good "foam guy". His crew came back out last May, 2023 to re-caulk ALL of the exteriors on EVERY window. While they were at my home I pointed out factory defects in the triple pane glass on two of the new windows to the project manager that was in charge that day. He took video of the problems on his phone and ordered replacements. That was May 5, 2023. After numerous calls and texts back and forth to find out where my windows were, I gave up and went down to their office. 7 MONTHS had gone by and now it's December, 2023. It's obvious, they aren't going to back their warranty. This company is a FRAUD. They won't honor their own contract. The warranty is useless. They blame the manufacturer and you the customer, but never themselves. They can't keep employees and they'll rip you off if you let them. BEWARE!! Need more proof? I have pictures, texts, emails, etc. Kevin Compton, Kansas City, MO

Company installed egress window and measured the window incorrectly. While the quality of the products is excellent, what has kept me coming back to them is their fantastic customer service. They come when they say the will, and everything they installed has been absolutely perfect. I have used several contractors over past few years whose work has ranged from awful to acceptable and it is so refreshing to work with a company where everything is just done right. Windows and doors are big investments and I am glad that I went with these guys for my purchases.

The family owned business is well run and could handle our higher maintenance custom order. We put…read morein a new back door off of our Kitchen with a small mechanical dog door on the bottom. The paint on the out of the door and the inside matched and everything was seamless. The cost seemed very fair for the quality that we needed in an exterior door. Now, the company is not the fastest so if you are looking to do a quick kick on your project you might find someone faster. Basically the cost of a better deal is dealing with their time schedule of when they can get to you. Since they provide quality at a reasonable price, call early and get started with a meeting and education of your options. We had Keven; he's nice, not pushy and but wants to fully understand what you're looking to do. Happy customers, like us will be repeat customers.

Absolutely excellent; more businesses should be like them!…read more We inherited a nice Provia door from the previous owners of our house that came with a warranty, so when it started showing some signs of age we reached out to them. In a nutshell, they have been very professional, communicative, helpful, and went above and beyond. I literally looked up their webpage to see if we needed anything they sell because I was so impressed. It's nice to have a company honor a warranty in a hassle-free way. This was from a previous owner and while the time-frame holds validity for the warranty, I'm sure they technically could choose not to honor it but they helped transfer it to our name. Additionally, in the age of designed obsolescence, it feels like nothing is quality anymore and we're always having to replace things. It's nice to have the alternate feeling; this is a quality door built to last and they helped keep it up for us. They fully replaced the handle, the frayed stripping on the bottom, and helped level it as it was sagging and letting air in the top corner. Lastly, the tech came out and made the repair, but had received the wrong weather stripping from the manufacturer. He noticed a spot where our dogs had ripped up the outer-stripping -- I didn't even try to get that fixed in our request because that's totally on us, but he told us he'd get it all taken care of and was back out a few days later. He wouldn't even take the trade-call warranty fee charge ($65) until the job was done right. Great company -- definitely reach out to them first and I hope you have as good of an experience as we did.
