I had an option of having a technician come to the house or I could go to the store and get a new box. I chose the store. The Xfinity store is on Federal Hwy across the street from Mizner Park. It's big, clean and organized. A far cry from the old location. It was busy, but I was on and out in less than 15 minutes. I planned on being there for at least an hour, so it was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was... the internet signal inside was so weak. You would think the internet people would have a strong signal. Other than that, it was quick and painless.

I went there 2 days in a row and got ZERO SATISFACTION on either visit. I had my purse stolen, which included my wallet, of course. And they won't give me a new SIM card for one of the phones that was in my purse because I don't have valid ID! How am I supposed to have valid ID if my purse was just stolen along with my phone????? I had a photocopy of my drivers license and I had a just expired passport along with me, but that wasn't good enough for them! That was yesterday. Today I return with the replacement Drivers License that DMV actually got out to me quickly and they said I arrive too late to get Service! It was 4:50 on a Sunday they're open until five as far as I'm concerned they're still open for business and knowing that I was in there just yesterday and couldn't help me. They should have at least tried to do something to get my phone working again today, but did they? NO! And then they actually wanted to make an appointment with me for tomorrow. I told them "like my schedule appointment went so well yesterday?! I'm not coming back here three days in a row that's ridiculous and unacceptable!" I'm going to try a different Xfinity location...And hopefully will get better service. Their attitude and customer service is so poor I want to give them zero stars!

5 Stars for great service in a pinch by Jamie…read more We went to Verizon the 23rd of December imagining it would be an absolute nightmare. We had a few tasks and thought they'd rush us out. Jamie couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. She stuck with us through calls to the 800 number to set something up that she couldn't. I really appreciated her demeanor and willingness to help and take the problems through to their resolutions. Otherwise, the space is clean. I'd recommend going to this location if you ever need to get phone things sorted for yourself or a loved one. Jamie stuck with us the whole time and really eased our typical concern that we're probably going to be that love-struck

4 stars but laughable. Not the employees fault. Process started on line at home around noon…read more Progressed to a 611 fone call. Then they cancelled the new fone order & instructed to go to the store. The store could not process an order because every time they tried to re-create an order for an upgrade, the system would kick it out and reject it. The employees ended up calling their own customer service to find out WTF.? after an hour of comversation, a screen share episode, deleting the app and reloading it, shutting off the phone and restarting it, and several signing out of the T-Mobile app and signing back in nothing worked. No matter what they did the system would not allow the rep processing of a phone purchase. Your final conclusion was the system won't process more than one upgraded time and it takes 24 hours for the system to acknowledge the cancellation that was made earlier. Through this entire process, whether it was customer service on the phone or the guys at the store, I must've been asked a dozen times have we answered all your questions, or have we done everything we could to solve your problem? And the bottom line is, "no you all suck." from the customers perspective I don't really care whether it's a software problem or a company programming problem or just a bunch of idiots that don't know what you're doing. I was not able to order a new phone today. So the ultimate answer is no, nobody's done their job properly because I'm an unsatisfied customer at the present time. And the reality is, it's not like I can just go somewhere else and get a new phone. Unfortunately, once you sign up for service with the cell phone carrier, you're kind of pretty stuck and committed. Which is probably why customer satisfaction is low on their priority because they know you can't just walk away and go somewhere else. I'm sure this is more of a T-MOBILE problem than the employees problem. Let's face it. They just work there. They didn't program anything or designed anything, but nevertheless from the customer standpoint, I don't really care where the problem originate from. The problem still exists.
