2019 weight loss goals are going to be met here! As I was searching for a healthy light lunch, I saw an add on Yelp that recommended this lovely place. It was super close to my job so I was able to walk there. This Cafe is located in the Equinox gym right in the front. You do not need a gym membership to go to the cafe! The cafe does have 2 tables if you would like to dine in and if you're in a rush you may want to call your order ahead. So I've been addicted to Acai for a few months now but wanted to switch it up so I ordered the Pitaya Bowl with strawberry and banana. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my bowl. While I was waiting I was offered free samples of their popular mint chip smoothie (delicious by the way) and I browsed their fridge of premade drinks and snacks. My bowl was blended and prepared fresh and absolutely hit the spot. I was also able to get a discount on the bowl since I work in the area. I can't wait to go back!

Joe is awesome , every smoothie is spot on . The staff is so nice and personable. Earthbar has become an everyday addiction for me .

I am obsessed with the smoothies! Yes, they taste "healthy" but they are tasty! I really like the rockstar and it's rad that you have the option to make your smoothie low glycemic (for$1.50) if it isn't already. I've also had their acai bowl, and while I liked it, I think the consistency could be a little improved by making it slightly less watery. The beaming cookie is also really good - soft and chewy and not too sweet. Things are definitely on the pricey side but that's to be expected, considering that it's connected to an Equinox. I get a smoothie only if I'm feeling good and had a good workout to treat myself, haha. If you're unsure, just download the app - you get up to $12 so you can try something for free or heavily discounted. Beaming is definitely one of my new favorite places to get a healthy superfood smoothie but prices are steep.

If you're looking to get an energy boost, Gain control of cravings, improve your digestive health and even shed a little of body fat....You should definitely try the Active cleanse at Beaming!! It was my very first time, I was a bit skeptical but after day 1 of the Active cleanse I immediately felt and saw results! Not to mention everything actually tasted so good, I was a bit surprised considering it's a "cleanse". I'm so excited to continue these cleanses at least 2 to 3 times a month to continue to feel these amazing results!! Thank you Beaming!! Side note a few of my fav snacks and meals I recommend are the chia pudding, protein bites, energy shot and the Thai crunch Salad are all so good!! Jacqueline

Good açaí bowl, but did not like that the employee gave me a bad banana.

Good açaí bowl, but did not like that the employee gave me a bad banana. Located in Equinox. Was about $11.25 for the bowl.

I got my free beaming cookie today because I checked in on yelp! It was so chewy it reminded me of cookie dough! Delish! This was my First time trying Beaming today! Wowza! So fresh and yummy!! The gf sourdough Avacado toast put a fun twist on a fan favorite and my berry smoothie was berry fulfilling! I had to save 1/2 because I was full! There wasn't my hnsrwting inside but we enjoyed eating on the patio and there was a nice breeze! I will definitely be going back! Don't forget to validate your parking though. They will get you for 3.00 additional dollars if you don't. Gotta love that.. Not. #Beaming

I was going through a yelp search for açaí bowls with blue majik and I came upon beaming organics. It's inside the equinox gym and parking was validated if you park in the marengo lot and walk across the rooftop bridge. They have a variety of refrigerated juices here for cleansing and vitality shots which I have tried, but the employee told me that rockstar on the go was pretty popular which contains spirulina. They also have a pantry that sells protein powders and granola etc. I purchased the superfood protein powder and asked for a sample of it to make sure it didn't taste funny. It was actually pretty good with 11 protein per serving. I ordered a green bowl with paleo toppings because I wanted to minimize my sugar. It's pretty tasty and not too sweet. Toppings included almonds, cashew, cacao nibs. Coconut shaving, hemp seeds, bee pollen, seasonal berries and local honey drizzle. I will definitely come back. If you download the app you get a free tumbler with a stainless steel straw.

I wish it was its own cafe but aside from that, I enjoyed my berry waffle. The concept of this cafe, the menu and the ingredients are all top quality! Staff was also quick and attentive. Will be coming by again!

    Any unsweetened Acai base option?

We're glad you asked! Yes, the acai that we use is already unsweetened. We simply add frozen banana, frozen blueberry, and honey on top to sweeten the bowl. However, you're always welcome to customize the bowl to your liking. Please don't hesitate… Read more

As an acai bowl snob, this place definitely gets my 2 thumbs up…read more I love finding new modern day acai bowl places. By modern day, I mean places where they have funky flavors for bases, interesting and unlimited toppings. Not the simple brazilian style where acai/pitaya are the only base options, and the only toppings are the holy trinity (strawberry, blueberry, bananas). It was a little confusing at first, because you order at the register on the right side, then make your way left to customize your bowl..? I was a little confused at first. I thought it was so cool that they had an ube flavored base, and it was so creamy and delicious. The toppings available were akin to what you'd find at somewhere like Roots and Rye or Blue Bowl. Everything tasted so refreshing. Lots of outdoor tables available, and a few indoor ones. Staff is really friendly, and if I'm ever in the Eagle Rock area I'm definitely stopping by here again!

They've since opened another location in Redondo Beach. This spot is quite popular. I always see people outside when I drive by. The staff here are friendly. Inside is cozy with limited seating, but there is also a patio area out front. They offer Açaí & Pitaya Bowls, Smoothies, Juices, pre-packaged snacks and beverages to go. I ordered a mini acai bowl, which comes with 3 toppings. ($6.51) Larger bowls come with 7 toppings and 1 nut butter. Way too much for me. The tropical acai sounded good, so I got that with fresh blueberries, chocolate granola, & chocolate pebbles. It was so yummy and also the perfect amount. *Rewards program *Metered street parking or residential.

This quiet hidden cafe is hidden between the boarder of Pasadena and San Marino. It's a tiny location without any real signage outside. I drove right past it without even knowing. I tried their vegan sandwich and it was so delicious and the bread was springy and fresh. I will say if you save the sandwich it probably would get soggy because of so many fresh moist ingredients in it. I also tried the lavender matcha latte, iced. They have oat or almond milk and I saw in their fridge its barista milk edition. Also I was told a baseline their match is "ceremonial grade" from Uji. I will say the matcha latte was one of my favorites. Overall really great. My order did seem to take awhile and while they checked in with me when they noticed me still waiting...I could see some impatient faces of other guests.
