Remington is awesome!!! He showed up same day to help us with our AC that stopped working out of the blue. Got it back up and running ASAP. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will gladly call him again! read more

I trust working with Remington. He has helped get my clients out of time sensitive Jams during escrows. Has been able to make small inexpensive repairs to units that inspectors stated needed to be entirely replaced. It's nice to have someone honest I can rely on to help my clients when in need. Thank you read more

Update, after an initial fantastic first experience we called them back when our AC stopped working. They told me my unit needed to be replaced and gave me a 26k quote. They spent more time on finance paperwork than troubleshooting. When I said I couldn't do that they then offered $3k and later $1200 repair quotes. Turned out it was a $12 repair with a bad capacitor and was easily diagnosed and fixed. I'm now getting non stop spam calls and text from their finance partners. read more

Working with Earth Air Systems was great. Remington was super communicative throughout the process and responded to texts and phone calls promptly. He worked with me on price to find a central system that was within my budget. His employees worked for two days straight installing the unit and new ducting. They were super friendly and took good care of my property, paying attention to cosmetic details and leaving my place clean. There were a couple small follow up issues I had and Remington showed up and took care of those promptly. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for an HVAC company! read more

Called these guys again yesterday because of an air flow issue. They replaced my ducts about a year ago. Daniel came out and helped troubleshoot our issue, which was our AC. Again Daniel and his assistant were very professional, informative, and patient. We are 100% completely satisfied with Daniel and this company and give my strongest recommendation to use their services! Thank you, again! read more

Remington came by at a pinch and was accommodating my busy schedule. It's also a plus that he was willing to drop by on the weekend. I had a small leak and needed the condensation pump replaced. Upon testing we discovered an additional unexpected leak in the copper line, which Remington helped fixed without additional a charge. There were several other questions regarding my AC unit that he answered and was very knowledgeable. I have a pretty old system from the previous owner and hopefully no more issues come up. If they do, I'm more than happy to call Remington again for his expertise and help! read more

I called them because our ancient HVAC system was on its last legs. They were able to do a whole system replacement for us in a single day, were very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! read more

Remington did a great job in quarterbacking the installation of my new A/C unit and Daniel was highly professional. These guys got the job done quickly, efficiently and without a lot of fuss. The unit needed to be salt water protected since I live by the ocean and they took care of that as well as ensuring that the airflow was optimized. They also did not spring anytime trying to upsell. Great value and would highly recommend. read more

Richie came to fix a leaking shower and replace a faucet. He was efficient, friendly and taught me a lot about plumbing. Highly recommend!

We wanted to replace our furnace/AC system with a heat pump. From the start of bidding to the final install, Remington's team was well above the competition. It was the clearest line-item estimate, a competitive bid, out questions were thoughtfully and fully answered, and the work was beautifully done with attention to every detail (including huge patience with our ladder-climbing cat who kept trying to get into the attic with them). When one of our older Nest thermostats didn't work with the new system, they came back the next day to add in a new one (after loaning us a spare thermostat fully installed just to get through the chilly-for-SD night). read more

Earth Air Systems - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

Remington was on time, friendly and provided excellent service. He really know what he's doing.

I had Earth Air change my complete system from a single 5-ton to two 3-ton units. I opted to go with the high end modulating heat pump systems. No more AC or heating system noise, maximum comfort. Remington was great. I ask him to revise his quote multiple times based on the different options available. He was very supportive and took the time to bring me comfort. I highly recommend Earth Air to anyone in need of this service. My install is now 6-months gone we couldn't be happier. Very satisfied, Dan S Fallbrook CA read more

Remington did a complete overhaul of my old heating, air-conditioning, and ductwork. He replaced my old gas furnace with a inverter heat pump system. He relocated where the outside unit sits and he installed all new ductwork. He also added a separate mini split system to my garage so I can work in there without freezing in the winter or melting in the summer. I reached out to him and other contractors here on yelp. I gathered multiple quotes from companies of all sizes. Remington showed up on time to provide the quote. He was very professional and quickly gathered all the information he needed to quote the job. He inspected my home and attic and noted what my needs were. He followed up the next day with a quote. His pricing was very fair. I tend to over analyze everything, so for the next two weeks I had a lot of questions for him. He answered all my questions promptly via text and email and was very patient with me. When I finally decided to move forward with his company he happened to be available the very next day. Remington and his crew showed up on time. All of his team was very professional. They carefully removed my old furnace and old duct work. Most of the work was done the first day. He came back the second day to finish a few items and do a final inspection and made sure everything was working properly. He left everything clean and the final job looks great. It's been about two weeks and my new system works awsome for heating! It's really quiete and efficient. I can't wait to try out the air-conditioning in the heat of the summer. Remington and his crew get 5 stars from me because of their professionalism, communication, punctuality, and quality of work. I am very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to my friends and family. Edit: Other companies were pushy and used sales techniques and gimmicks to try to pressure me into a decision. I did not get anything like that from Remington. He was a straight shooter from the beginning and that went very far with me. read more

My A/C failed during a recent heat wave. I chose Earth Air Systems (EAS) due to their positive reviews. Remington, EAS, responded quickly and came out for a free estimate. Remington did a thorough evaluation and thoughtfully explained my options. Due to the age of my HVAC I decided to replace the system. Remington recommended a heat pump system and after discussing it with him and other companies, I went with Earth Air Systems based on price and schedule. The EAS crew showed up as scheduled and installed the new systems as promised. They were courteous, efficient and very professional. Remington was on-site through completion. They tested the systems, made sure I was happy and cleaned up afterwards. The quality of their work was top notch. I highly recommend them. read more

Remington picked up for us a "senior-friendly" thermostat (large display) as I requested and installed it this morning. His company, Earth Air had done the tune up and new venting in 8/2023 but the thermostat was old, probably from the 1980s. We should have replaced it back in 8/2023. I appreciate Remington's responsiveness and getting us back to having A/C and heat when we need it. read more

My experience with this company was exceptional. Remington answered the phone on Saturday night and had his tech out Sunday morning. His tech Daniel was professional and knowledgeable. The part my heater needed was not readily available and Remington worked to find it to take care of us as soon as possible. Highly recommend! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They came out promptly for a service on Friday during a very hot week that I'm sure was busy for them as a company. Over the weekend, we identified an additional issue that they resolved on Monday for no extra charge. We are very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone. read more

I got a compliant from the tenant that something wasn't right with the furnace so I went through Home Depot to have it checked out. They said it was not even safe to run and had to be shut down. I immediately went to Yelp to get three bids, one of them was the Home Depot referral. It is quite difficult comparing all the estimates so you really have to pay attention to the details. Anyway, the Home Depot referral was 2x the amount as the other two so that was an easy "NO". The other two were comparable but Remington (the owner) convinced me to go with a heat pump. The AC was also on the brink of dying so I figured I'd do both now and not have to deal with this in the summer when everyone else is trying to get their AC dealt with. Anyway, they just finished up and everything looks great. Tenants are happy and in CA, that is a really good thing. read more

Wow! We're so happy with the whole process that this company provided.. we had been without a/c for weeks and finally gave up on our home owners warranty company (only been in this house 2 months) and when I called and explained they came out within a couple of days and within a week we had a whole new system .. Carlos and Daniel worked their magic, and now we're nice and cool Thank you Earth Air read more

Came same day. Very professional and nice. Fixed our wine cellar as requested. Very satisfactory experience.

Remington was great. Very professional and very knowledgable. Definitely going to be reaching out when it comes time to perform maintenance again! read more

My AC unit went out, and since the whole system was due a check up I scheduled an appointment with EAS. Carlos took his time did an excellent job on diagnosis, repair and inspection of the whole system and provided a comprehensive report including suggested fixes, and detailed cost breakdown. In my case the capacitor had to be replaced, but I am happy that I got a full inspection done too. Price was reasonable. I will be working with EAS again for my future HVAC needs. read more

Our 1984 HVAC unit finally kicked the bucket this year so we had to get a new system. Remington was very helpful in picking out a new one and they installed it quickly. They were reasonably priced too. Since then we have had an issue with the heat turning on but not blowing hot air. They came out and after a bit of troubleshooting, it turned out to be our older Nest thermostat. They got us a new thermostat & installed it and now it works great. They were very responsive & friendly! read more

The AC unit for our house was old, not the right size, barely cooled the house down, and cost a fortune to run. Remington from Earth Air Systems was very knowledgeable about our options, set us up with the correct unit, and was also reasonably priced. The installation was seamless, and absolutely professional. They did a great job and went above and beyond to explain things, and cleaned up well after the install. The customer service since has been outstanding with our follow up questions. I am very happy with our choice and would highly recommend this company to anyone else needing to replace their AC system. read more

Our AC stopped working during the summer and it was a pleasure working with Earth Air Systems to get it up and running again. Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to get all repairs done later the same week of the diagnostic appointment. They gave us several options for repairs/service with upfront cost estimates. The staff was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. read more

The condenser coils of my HVAC system leaked water, which entered the bedroom on the other side of the wall. Two other providers failed to completely analyze/address the problem, the MISdiagnoses by one resulting in water leaking into said bedroom a SECOND time (AFTER the drywall had been repaired and the carpet dried out). I got a word-of-mouth referral from Mighty Dry Restoration (about which I plan to write another positive yelp referral) to Earth Air Systems. Remington sent Peter the next day to take a look at NO charge. Peter was very personable and friendly, and took as much time as he needed to do a complete, thorough test on my system. He even called another technician, Daniel (another great guy!) to help open the HVAC box (something neither of the other two providers even offered to do), still at no cost. We discovered the coils rusting out quite a bit, so I've signed up Earth Air to replace the coils. (Oh, and they have a military discount!). Thanks for the honest service - you've earned my trust! read more

EXCEPTIONAL, responsive, great communicator, clean & tidy, reasonably priced and super professional! Look no further as Remington is everything you need (and want) from an HVAC contractor! Thanks Remington (and Daniel) for getting us back up and running, ensuring we had back up sensors and for coming back to install our new thermostat we bought after you were here and not charging us anything extra for this visit!!! One of our AC units stopped working and we needed it repaired. Remington with Earth Air Systems responded to our request very promptly and was able to service the unit the same day. Based on the description of the issue Remington was able to accurately diagnose the likely issue (bad capacitor). Remington explained very clearly the costs for the parts and service, and the price was very reasonable. Overall I am extremely pleased with Remington and Earth Air Systems and plan to contact them in the near future to start the replacement of our aging AC units. read more

Remington, owner of Earth Air Systems, provided an above and beyond service for my new unit installation. He and his team were responsive during the San Diego heat wave September 2024 when my unit stopped working. Daniel responded with a service call and quote within 24 hours of my inquiry and were able to accommodate an installation date within 48 hours. They are trustworthy, fair, reasonable, and provide quality service. My home is built in the 70's so the installation was a bit more challenging with space for the unit however Daniel and Remington made it work! Despite the challenges encountered with the installation, they both demonstrated the utmost customer service. I highly recommend Earth Air Systems as they are reliable and provide quality service. Their prices are extremely fair and I was confident I was being provided with a quality product. read more
