Visited November 20th..see my receipt. Cute little donut shop within small other shops in Oroville. It is next to Western Dental and a half block up from McDonalds. They have donuts and a few breakfast items. They also have coffee and cold drinks ( see drinks picture) I ordered 2 old fashioned donuts to go. I didn't try the chocolate donut but the maple donut was delicious! Nice kind employee behind the counter! Clean inside. Good prices. read more

I love ALL donuts really but my go to has always been the pink cake donut. This place has the absolute best, most delicious one ever. It's a perfect moist cake donut with a mix of cake/donut frosting in the most lovely pink hue. I got a half dozen and every other one was honestly just as delicious. The main point of differentiation between this place and the Donut Tree is the specialty donuts like the Maple Bacon bar. Apparently they only make them Friday and Saturday. Fuck that. Back to the donut tree for the exact same product. Don't waste your time. read more

03/11/2023 Came here specifically to purchase a bear claw for Rob to bring back to Texas (as no where I've been to in Texas do they sell bear claws) ?/ 5 They had a regular glaze and chocolate. I'll have to update my review when Rob eats it. 2/5 The apple fritter bites looked good and 2 for $1.00 thought I'd give it a try. They're bite size and very doughy. I like the regular apple fritters when they thin and crispy, not very doughy. So these for me were ok. I won't buy them again. That's just my take on it. 3/5 the twists were good, just like a twist should taste like. It'll do the job when you want a simple doughnut. Overall, I didn't want to drive all over Oroville for a bear claw. I would definitely come back and try the maple bars. They looked yummy and that's usually my go to, but since I have a lot of snacks to take home I decided against it. 5/5 The girl who helped me was very friendly and nice. Ever time we come to Oroville we have to stop for donuts. The cinnamon rolls and old fashion blueberry are my favorite.

Been going there for about a year now. The donuts are some of the best I have ever had and the variety is surprising. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the Tiger Tails are truly enormous and delicious. Contrary to what a previous reviewer stated, they do not have "day old" or stale donuts. The owner gives left over product to an organization that helps those in need. They also accept bank cards and have an ATM in the store. I highly recommend this establishment, both for the friendly atmosphere and the excellent donuts. read more

Locally owned and managed, the pride of ownership definitely shows. My son goes here at least once a week for donuts and on the weekends throughout the summer for IceCream donuts. Everyone is always so nice and all left over donuts from that day are donated to various shelters and nonprofits around Oroville. No day old donuts sold there! read more

Arrived at 9:15am and drove 20-25 min ride to find out there are no donuts. I won't waste another ride. Waste of time and my gas. My advice call if not you will be disappointed. Just called another donut shop in Chico and they have donuts at 9:30 and better reviews. read more

There is literally NEVER any donuts if you go after 8:30. If they say they are open until 12:30 they should make enough donuts to last until then. I went as early as 7:30 one morning and there was only a few select donuts left. I think I've tried a good 4 to 5 times and EVERY TIME there's near to nothing left it is frustrating. Not wasting any more of my time trying to get these "tasty" donuts. read more

Early Bird downtown is the freshest donuts I have ever eaten. Every town I go to I must try the donuts and these are the best. They are moist and fresh. I tried the Blueberry Old Fashion the outer ring has a wonderful crispy layer with a great moist inside. I also enjoyed a nice moist buttermilk and apple fritter. I went back the next day and enjoyed fritter bites. Theses are little apple fritter balls they delivered with a great taste of apple, cinnamon and sweetness. I also enjoyed a chocolate old fashion that was great with a nice layer of frosting. Lastly I had a plain cake coconut that was moist and not overwhelming covered with coconut. In closing this shop I found out has two locations in Oroville. The downtown location is beautiful and by far the nicest and helpful employees. I can't wait to try them again!!! read more

I stopped in three times during a recent stay in Oroville and really enjoyed the donuts. They were fresh and well-made. My wife really likes them, and she is very picky about donuts. This is by far the most incredible place to get your donuts . I will always make the 20-30 minuets drive whenever I want a donut now . It is well worth the drive .
