I have visited here just a hand full of time and it was mostly for the mini bagels filled with cream cheese. Love them as a small breakfast snack. I tried their mint signature coffee got it iced and it was alright. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazingly delicious ether. I guess I was also expecting more of a mint chocolate coffee like the mint chocolate Girl Scout cookie flavor. Will try another flavor and update my review for coffee. Customer service was decent today but overall it's a very neutral experience. I didn't go inside usually just drive thru. Drive thru usually doesn't take long to order, pay, and receive items. Consistently the worst donuts I've ever had. I've given them chance after chance (about once a year for the last 5 years) and every time the donuts are absolute garbage. Most recently I bought a double chocolate donut and it was so stale and dry it is unimaginable that it could've been made that same day, and it was still in the morning that I bought it!! The donut pretty much turned to dry powder when I bit into it. I could've choked to death. I don't know how they can run a donut business with old dry stale donuts. I love getting the butter pecan coffee with sweet cold foam! Can't beat it - if it's not on the menu you can order as the original blend coffee (butter pecan) with 2 cream, 2 sugar and sweet cold foam. Service is great as always, and interior is nice and welcoming. read more

Saw an advertisement when I was working out of town for the shine gold donuts, which proceeds were supposed to go to a good cause. Definitely wanted to support and thought the donut looks delicious along with everyone else. Drove to my local Dunkin in town, as I pull up, I see a big advertisement for the shine gold donut. Lo and behold, they do not have the shiny gold donut. I did not ask the employee (she is not the franchisee ) why they are advertising at this particular location the particular donut that they do not have. I have never been impressed with this location, but did not feel the need to comment about it. Maybe my expectations were high, when I lived on the East Coast, the Dunkins in DC, and even the small one on the military base was always good and consistent. I was excited to get one here in YC, but somehow they have figured out how to take a consistent product and make it mediocre. This location is no good. I wouldn't be surprised if it shut down. Everything from this location taste like chemicals but today I got mini pancakes for my son and they smell so strong of a weird chemical like fake tan lotion I couldn't even give them to him. Pancakes should not smell like this and it makes me think they're not cleaning with the proper products for door surfaces. I will never be returning. I have not been into this place in over 20 years. It was recently built in the area and so I decided to go on in for breakfast one day. I ordered their egg muffin sandwich, their hash browns, a glazed donut and an egg wrap. I wanted to try a little bit of everything. They forgot 1 of my egg muffins, so i had to go back to the counter and ask for it. They ended up tasting bland. The donut had too much dough, i do not like thick donuts. The mini egg wrap was ok. My family and I usually like to have an easy Sunday - so for dinner we decided on dinner and a snack using Door Dash. USUALLY we have great service from Door Dash and from the dinner we chose. I added on Dunkin Donuts as a "Double-Dash" as it was showing as a quick add-on. I chose the 6-pack and picked the 6 donuts. My husband opened the box WHICH COSTED ME AN ADDITIONAL TOTAL $20!! No kind of discounts or anything. So, why did they give me SUPER OLD DRY DONUTS! These had to be more than 3 days old~! They broke into crumbles and were so dry! Even the jelly filling was lacking! My husband called to see if this was their usual business practices and the person on the other line said they do this at the end of the day and they weren't going to fix their awful customer service! I am very upset with this business practice. My husband was very upset. I might as well have taken a $20 bill and flushed it down the toilet. My suggestion to anyone reading this - DO NOT GO TO DUNKIN DONUTS! Go to your local mom & pop donut shop. Those have never failed to be friendly and fresh. 2 THUMBS DOWN! I am less than impressed with this place. I have only been here a few times, and only ever in the drive-thru, but after my experience on Monday, I definitely won't be returned at all. I had went by only to get a coffee for my husband, but then ended up ordering two donuts and a hashbrown for my kids. I ordered on the app and went through the drive-thru for pick up. When I got to the window, they first tried to only give me the coffee and were like "bye!" and when I said that I had other items, they got a bit of an attitude and gave me someone else's order. Not that big of a deal, whatever. But when they finally gave me the right order- the donuts were squished together with the icing side of each one facing each other and the hash browns were overly cooked and reeked of gross oil. I pulled them out of the bag and asked if they were supposed to look like this (knowing that the correct answer was no!) and was told "I guess so". Awesome customer service... they were disgusting. Woke up early today and decided I wanted to enjoy coffee and a donut for breakfast. I made the short journey out to Dunkin because I have never been to one in my life. Needless to say, I see why and I am not going to ever return to one again. Tiny parking lot available and it seems that they do most of their business through the drive thru option. The interior of the shop was clean and it appeared that everything was full stocked which made it look nice and inviting at first glance. I was not greeted by any of the workers and they all ignored me when I walked in. I was browsing the menu deciding what to order when the customer service rep was rude and asked me to hurry up. She seemed to roll her eyes at me as if she absolutely hated her job and woke up on the wrong side of the bed with no coffee (photo). She walked away from the register and sighed out loud multiple times while I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. Eventually I settled on cold brew and a strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles. The donut tastes like chemical flavoring and the coffee was watered down, worse than Folgers. I should have stayed home and saved my money! Truly regretting that I didn't waste my gas driving there either. I won't be back. read more
