We talked to several companies in the area and in doing so, it became clear Rocky Tops would be our first choice as they were the most knowledgeable, offered superior quality, had a huge selection of granite, and their prices were good. Rocky Tops took great care in the installation of our counter tops with the fit being perfect. They were the only company that could/would do our countertops without a seam. They deliver on their promises which you do not always find in this business. Rocky Tops offers full kitchen and bath design to make your project easy. Visiting their showroom is like going to an art gallery with many"Statement" pieces for both kitchen and bath. We are working with them on a large table top and will be using them to remodel our bath and the kitchen in our beach home. Highly recommended.

We looked at our leisure and asked all the questions we had, he took the time to explain every step of the process and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision to meet our needs and requirements for our updating project. We even hit a snag in the middle of our project, that required our install date to be moved back and Prostone went the extra mile for us. Our install went on about three weeks after the original date without a hitch and it all looked amazing when finished. Professional service, clean work and a crew that went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and the job done to our expectations. Highly recommended. 4.5 Stars rounded up for the personal attention to our project and kind service 01125

My house is 100 years old and I'm fully aware of the surprises that pop up when remodeling which can be really scary. Well let me just tell you, Ross and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from start to finish was seamless and SO easy. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quote includes installation and drilling holes for the sink and faucet systems. The process took less than a week from getting the quote to installation. Ross is extremely responsive and has an open line of communication. His team showed up right on time, actually a little bit early and didn't leave any mess behind which was nice. I have already recommended ProStone to friends of mine and I would definitely use them again. I chose "white G" granite and I just really love how it turned out. My next project is the backsplash! (The lighting in one of the pictures makes the granite look a little yellow or beige but I promise its light, white and bright in person)

Terrible service but good products…read more In summary: Service Rep was late for our first two appointments, we ended up asking for someone else to get the project rolling and still ended working with her. Delivery of the counter- they were to be here at 5pm on a Thursday, 6pm rolls around and still no idea if and when they were to show up. Contacted Camilla and since it was after hours she had no way to find out if and when they were to show up. They ended up showing up at 7:40 pm- 2 hrs and 40 minutes late. I told Camilla to have a Manager call me the following day to discuss all of our issues. To her credit about noon the next day she emailed me and asked if Mike (Operations or Logistics Manager) contacted me. I told her I never heard anything. Eventually Mike called me back on Monday- he was off for an extended weekend. No one stepped in and frankly no one from the management team ever called me up after I complained to Mike. Very frustrating company to work with- as I said good product but the service is awful.

We immediately felt at home with Zaki, his wife, and his staff. They took the time to walk with us throughout his immense showroom and explain the histories and details of his one-of-a-kind rugs, of which there were thousands. The prices of the rugs were more than reasonable, and Zaki is donating his earnings to an incredible cause - a charity focused on building orphanages and educating underprivileged children in Pakistan, where he grew up and has worked for years to give young people opportunities. I could go on for thousands of words about the incredibly vast selection of rugs, the heirloom quality of their construction, and the beauty of the designs, but words cannot convey the true impact of spending time with Zaki and his team. Like most of his clients, we were profoundly saddened to learn that he will likely be closing the showroom in 2020, in order to focus on his incredibly generous charitable endeavors, working with children in his native Pakistan.
