As someone who has dedicated over 2 decades working in healthcare for the front, back, lab, and…read moremanager, I have found that the office's communication skills are severely lacking. During my very first call to schedule oral surgery, I provided X-rays, estimates, and a referral from a denturist for what was needed. I was placed on hold multiple times for extended periods. Eventually, I was told they could assist with the oral surgery, but I drove six hours round-trip only to be informed they couldn't help me. I made several subsequent calls, explaining that less work was needed because my implant capping could be completed before the oral surgery, which involved tooth extractions and bilateral outer upper and lower tori removal. This work is necessary to fit my temporary dentures. If I had been told from the start that they couldn't perform the oral surgery, I would have saved the $3,000 I charged to my credit card for my temporary dentures to be installed after the surgery they claimed they could do. I strongly believe that if they cannot perform oral surgery, it should not be listed as a service they provide. My 1-star is extremely generous considering the circumstances they put me in.

The person on the phone said that they did. The day of the appointment when I came in the receptionist said that they did not take my insurance and then after a 10 to 15 minute phone call inquire said that yes they did. That appointment was covered and then a week later I had to get a feeling fixed and then when I came in they said that my insurance was not valid here. 2 more appointments for my braces and I'm looking elsewhere for a dentist.
