Listen to the other bad reviews!…read more Buyer beware. This business charges a $500 restocking fee -- even when the mistake is theirs. I was never informed about this fee, was explicitly told it's a trial with free return during that period, and I was pressured to sign an agreement on the spot without being given time to read or understand it, which is outright illegal. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Dr. Brienne Honan falsely claimed I was told about the fee, even though she wasn't even present when I signed. She appears willing to say whatever is necessary to protect the business, regardless of the truth. I returned to the office over nine times because I still couldn't hear in real-world settings (non-Bluetooth), and they still couldn't fix the issue. So I asked for something covered by my insurance to which they said no - they only want to sell Phonak and oticon. They have no empathy and did not care that I was crying to them that I couldn't hear (wouldn't even offer a tissue from the box on her desk). After spending thousands of dollars and receiving no real support, I can't in good conscience recommend this place. The manipulation, dishonesty, and lack of accountability speak volumes. Dr. Honan does not have the attitude for customer-facing service. She escalated and made everything worse.

This place is incredible. My daughter had major wax buildup in her ears and could barely hear. I booked an appointment online at Hearing Health Center for Monday at 4 PM, and called as soon as they opened, hoping for something earlier. Andrew at the front desk was amazing and got us in sooner. We saw Dr. Sheri Larks, and she was phenomenal--warm, calm, funny, and incredibly good at explaining everything. She talked my daughter through both the plan and the backup plan, then used gentle techniques to remove the wax. In just 20 minutes, all of it was out safely and effectively. My daughter can hear better now than she has in years. One more thing I appreciated: while we were in the waiting room, I noticed a few patients who seemed to have dementia or confusion--something that's apparently common with hearing issues in older adults. The staff treated them with such patience, respect, and kindness. It really stood out. Bottom line: if you're dealing with earwax, skip the at-home methods and urgent care clinics. Just come here. They're amazing.

I then followed up with Dr. Kevin Zhan who is a very good doctor, but his bedside manner needs working on.He was furious that I had used Q-tips, but no one ever told me that I should not. This was the first time that I had ever met him. Onto the help by the front desk, which is totally out of control, disorganized and they don't get back to you or do what they say they're going to do ...by sending out referrals and test results to other offices. This has taken several weeks for me to follow up with these people. Someone needs to overlook this department and get them on track because they are very costly and unprofessional. They make promises, but don't deliver. I would recommend going elsewhere most definitely there's lots of ear nose and throat specialist hearing specialist and places to have hearing aids fitted.

After escalating the poor treatment of patients to the Patient Relations department, my concerns were dismissed without logic or empathy. If you are considering receiving care from this department, I urge you to reconsider your options.

His projections were that my wife's voice would be hoarse for a week (maximum two weeks) post surgery. In reality, she completely lost her voice which was very traumatizing as she couldn't speak to our newborn son, he is 19 months now and will likely never hear his mom's beautiful singing voice (my wife is not a pro, but she used to sing opera for pleasure). This doc should be stripped of his medical license for depriving our son of ever hearing his mom's lullabies in the first year of his life. It's been more than a year now since the unfortunate surgery (which I seriously doubt was even needed - the original issue wasn't really fixed), she's barely getting some of her lower range back when speaking and not barely whispering as she had been up until now. Heartbreaking doesn't even begin to describe how this terrible experience had impacted our lives.
