We got three estimates for the project, and for the first time in our lives, gave the job to the HIGHEST bidder. That is because, in addition to admiring their work elsewhere around Rockwall, owner Zach Simons is the sole point of contact for the estimate process on the entire project. His competitors were like, "Yeah, we can estimate the wood today, then we'll send a stone guy next week, and a gate-design guy the week after that." (Slight exaggeration there.)
