Not only was he super nice and professional, but I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. He inspected my windows and said that they were actually in good shape - they just needed their cords to be replaced. I was able to schedule the work with him quickly and one of his staff came out and did a great job. Windows that haven't opened in who-knows-how-long are now completely operable! He even moved a window for us that is being relocated to a different part of the house. And I am so glad he suggested this - I am pretty sure that if one of our regular contractors tried to do this, the window would have been broken. And even better news - his rates are very reasonable! Laryn is the first person who hasn't tried to completely over-charge us for a restoration service, which I greatly appreciate. The first incident with the house window was in the dead of winter, and they were kind enough to come out and give an estimate the same day, and had the window replaced within 2 days. This was highly appreciated given that I otherwise would have been stuck with plywood covering for lord knows how long during a cold february! The most recent vandalism incident resulted in the shattered garage window in addition to a shattered car windshield. Thankfully, glass doctors does both automotive and home glass repair, and they were my immediate second call after phoning police. This experience with glass doctors was no less exceptional. Wendy went above and beyond to help, setting up a three way call with my insurance company to make the windshield claim. Phil came to my home the very next day to replace the car windshield as it was not safe to drive. They had the garage window replaced within days as well. The quality of the workmanship is phenomenal. The owner Phil and all of the technicians i have interacted with from this location have been excellent. While the circumstances surrounding my need for this company's services have been less than ideal, I couldn't be happier with them.
