Schedule work and travel plans to make the appointment, I even stayed for the appointment when I was notified of a family emergency at 11pm the night prior because I could not cancel w/ notice. So what did these jokers do? They sent a confirmation text to a completely random number, that I did not recieve and cancelled my appointment. Did they text, the other number on my account? NO Did they call the number - maybe discover their error when they realized it was a Sacramento, CA number? BIG FAT NO. Did they send a text to both numbers on the account? APPARENTLY NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT. When the first number didn't respond, did they try the second? SEEMS THAT WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM. Did at any point during the week prior or at the time of the appointment cancellation did they send an email? NOOOooooo. When I called after waiting 30 minutes for their sales person to arrive did they offer to get someone out? OF COURSE NOT. All they offered was to throw the appointment back in the queue. So, if that is the competence & quality level they manage their appointment scheduling with - BULLET DODGED. I don't want them anywhere near my plumbing.
