They have a great selection of flours for different baking applications, along with a good variety of nuts and candies to add. they have delicious fresh bread, frozen mixed veggies for stew or steaming, canning supplies, and the deli will make sandwiches and slice cheeses and meats. The meat seems a little pricey but you know you're getting quality meat so it's worth the peace of mind. They also fresh honey in large quantities, fresh eggs, fresh butter and fresh vegetables.
