We have never worked with a better company!! My daughter/son-in-law's house was built in the 60's…read moreand needless to say, had many things wrong with it! Trying to go down to the basement to do laundry was perilous, stairs were very shallow and you had to go sideways. It was very moldy smelling and was not in good condition - including termite damage, stained ceiling, floor damage. Roger and his team came in to assess, gave us an estimate, and started work soon thereafter. It was quite a project and Roger kept us updated the whole time on what was happening (this was a gift we were doing for our kids). They did a great job; and it was a pleasure doing business with them. We wish all contractors were as good at communication as Roger. Many thanks to all of you who worked on that job!!

Really, the point of an 8:30 appointment was to be the first customer of the day. So. Apparently means nothing. And don't expect them to care about your time that you have to take off work. You wait for them, period. My advice, call someone else, anyone else.

In August 2025, I signed a contract with Generator Supercenter in Homewood, Alabama and paid the…read morerequired $4,350 deposit. After the payment was collected, all communication stopped. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I received no meaningful response or progress on the project. During my efforts to resolve the issue, I discovered that this was not an isolated incident. I became aware of more than 30 other homeowners who reported experiencing similar situations with this location. I escalated the matter to the parent company in Tomball, Texas. Initially, they acknowledged the situation and indicated they would honor or address my deposit. However, after several weeks of communication, they stopped responding entirely, and I have not received any resolution. As of May 2026, nearly nine months later, I do not have a generator, and my deposit has not been recovered. I also contacted Generac, the equipment manufacturer, to seek assistance. They stated they were unable to intervene in disputes with independent dealers and did not offer a path toward resolution. This has been a very costly and frustrating experience. I strongly encourage others to fully vet both the dealer and the contract terms before making any upfront payment.

They replaced this $10 part that takes 15 minutes max to replace while out there and charged my wife an absurd amount. These guys charge almost double that with the "discount".
