I have been going here for nearly 11 years and had been so happy about the people and service. But today I had an experience that makes me say I will never, never go back. I was in line behind another car and got a call from one of my business customers who had a problem. The car in front of me pulled out and they waved me in. The nice woman I have dealt with for years saw I was on the phone and stopped me. I was telling my customer I had to go and I would call him back when the man inside started yelling at me to get off the phone. I realize I shouldn't have been on the phone, but it was a big customer and I was trying to be polite. The guy started yelling more. I hung up, told him he didn't have to be a dick about it and I tried to explain and all he said was I don't care pull out we're not going to change your oil. I said what, and he yelled to get out of here.
I was going to let it go, but after thinking about it a minute I drove back to talk to the owner in the other building. The guy saw me and yelled there no one there. I asked for the owner and the guy yelled he was at home. When I said I would come to talk to him to tomorrow he yelled I don't care he's my dad.
I can't remember when I have ever been yelled at and treated so badly by a business representative. Worse yet he didn't even care. Had he approached me professionally and merely explained for safety reasons (which I realized) I could not drive in. I would have finished hanging up, apologized and explained the situation to him.
After patronizing a business for over 11 years you would think they would be polite and understand a bad situation. But for someone who says they are the owners some to yell at you, tells you to get out; he clear demonstrated he did not care I was a customer is unbelievable to me.
If he was one on my employees he would have been fired, but I guess being the owners son means you can treat customers like shit.
THE SERVICE HAS CLEARLY GONE TO SHIT. IT IS SUCH A SHAME, HIS FATHER WAS ALWAYS SO GOOD TO ME. (In my opinion) read more
