First thing I have to say is the customer service is one of the best I dealt with. Being a native of Las Vegas it's hard to find a local company that is able to handle a large order and not mess it up. I was told my order would be done in three weeks and it was done early. When I went to pick it up I inspected everything and they did a great job. I will continue to bring my business to them and will refer my friends to Eagle Promotions. This company is clearly spearheaded by a bunch of "big shot" sales people with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll be taken on a tour of the facility and given a big fancy spiel about how they're all about service and quality when really all they are about is their own bottom dollar. Employees are all uneducated and product is subpar, half the clientele they claim to work with they don't actually work with anymore. Don't fall for the scam or your customers will be the ones who suffer. read more

Things started out great and ended very poorly. We were easy targets for a slick sales person, lots of motivational conversation and an impressive tour. However, we are now stuck with a lot of merchandise that is nothing close to what we thought we were getting. We approved several items both in person and via email. Ultimately, we received items which had a different label, different color and had a much smaller profile. My guess is that these were done because they were cheaper to make than what we had approved. Here is the switch...We were given finished samples. These samples were approved and we even included a picture of the samples in a reply email stating they were approved. We get back an invoice detailing the amounts, colors and types etc. As we are not in this business, we assume that this invoice features the exact items we approved. Our pic of the approved items was even included with the invoice. However, the actual brand of the items is different on the invoice than the ones featured on the merch. There is absolutely no way we can know this. The order is completed. We pick it up at a shipping dock and off we go. At the office we realize the colors, style, everything is wrong. As we have gone through our inventory we have also experienced quite a few shirts that are unusable. Our entire order looks and feels very cheap. Thousands of dollars wasted. When I asked about our issues I immediately got a very defensive and hostile reply from our sales rep Bob. Another Las Vegas company that talks out the sides of their mouth. Say one thing, do another and burn the bridge to any customer service. So out of luck. We have found another promotions company that has worked very hard to re-supply us. They have delivered a better product, faster and for less money. Quite something. I have saved the "approval" items, email chains and pics. This is my factual experience. read more

Eagle is able to handle our large orders for field teams and smaller orders for events/special projects. BUYER BEWARE. As a business owner myself (in business over 18 years) i go out of my way to champion and help any other local businesses i can because i know the struggle. So please understand i tried EVERYTHING to work this out with these guys and it KILLS me to write a negative review. But with that said, this review is being posted to HELP other small business to watch yourself with these guys. I know its a real problem because i have seen other reviews that share the same story. You will be woo'd by Mario. he will give you a very impressive tour of a very impressive facility. He is nice and charming guy and gives you peace of mind that they can accomplish any job you give them with top level professionalism and quality. THIS COULDNT HAVE BEEN FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH. We did everything right. even went down there to approve the first few shirts off the press to make sure the color and prints were on point. they were. we felt confident to leave them with the rest of the job. what a mistake. these shirts were printed and sent to Amazon to be sold through Amazon FBA. By the time the shirts were accepted into Amazons warehouse and started selling 3-4 weeks had passed and pretty early on we started to see a high level of returns. then we started to see negative reviews about blurry prints. We have been selling on Amazon for 14 years and never have received a complaint about blurry prints. we had to pay the cost of shipping a % of the shirts back and found that several of the sizes (equating to about half of our order was blurry and misprinted). immediately reached out to mario, but instead of the nice "we got this covered" mario that sold on on their company. we got a response from the other partner Sean. This is where everything went very south very fast. Mistakes happen, they do - how a company handles their mistakes is what separates the good companies from the bad. After sending a few samples to them, he admitted the misprint and explained what happened. It was when i told him how many were bad did his story change. over and over. it kept changing. At one point he even accused us of trying to swap out bad shirts that we printed with another printer with his to pull a fast one on them. At one point he changed his tune and back tracked on his first email where he clearly explained why these were misprinted to "they are not so bad" excuse. All this is documented in emails. it was shocking. Mario was cc'd on every email, and never chimed in once. After a lot of back and forth Sean finally agreed to refund the amount of all the bad prints. i was fine with that, i was even fine with him reprinting them. but when the refund came in, we only received half of the refund of the bad shirts. half. i couldn't believe it. i reached back out and he just said that's all we are going to get. Anything more will have to go the legal route. I have never ever experienced anything like this in business - where a company admitted to the misprint but refuses to replace or refund and opts to fight it out instead. You have all the information, you can choose on your own if you want to work with these guys. Companies are great when everything goes fine, its how they act when things go wrong is what you should be considering. read more

Our products took 3 times the amount of time I was originally quoted. Not only did I have to contact them every time I wanted an update(even after being told I would hear back), once I got my products they were completely messed up. I sent an email detailing what I want, because I provided my own products they apparently can't do anything for THEIR mistake. read more

Worked with Eagle quite a bit at my last job. They are easy to work with and have basically every item a company could be looking for. Even when I didn't have exact examples/ samples to provide them my rep was still able to send a number of options in a timely manner. As far as apparel goes they are great and have a number of different custom design options like heat transfer and embroidery. I highly recommend them. read more
