Are used primarily for business and to avoid people stealing my mail, my packages, and whatever else the USPS or FedEx decides just to throw at my front porch. Now they have to walk into a secure place and hand it to a person before scanning A barcode at the address indicating they were there before they leave. In this day and age of e-commerce? And porch Pirates? It's worth a couple hundred dollars a year to have an address at the Mail Stop. Looks like a multi family on my credit report and I'm able to get my drivers license, credit cards, and everything else delivered to my "suite number". Highly recommended and if you have a business it's a tax deduction.

Called customer service customer service told me to call the company and have them send it out again. They are a group of incompetent individuals, each person working there has no sense of customer service or reliability on their part. How is a driver going to shove a box in a mailbox smaller than the dimensions of the package and then hold the customer liable for damages occurred. The drivers are ignorant (obviously there needs to be extra training time to learn box measurements vs proper mailbox sizes) the store staff is incompetent (every time I go in it's a new person at the counter in training and frantically handling situations ready to give the customer service number when custom service is a bunch of lazy subordinates with horrible customer service most of which you cannot even understand due to their thick accent and the amount of noise coming from their background. Safe to say I HATE FEDEX. They are only used because UPS the superior delivery service is more expensive. Because better quality costs more money.
