We tried everything -- research online, suggestions from ChatGPT and internet forums, the standard Toyota instructions, and even assistance from the Toyota salesman, who personally came out to help. Unfortunately, nobody could get the car linked to the garage door opener. A representative from another garage door company also came out and was unable to solve the problem. At that point, I called Door Pros and explained the entire situation. I was connected directly to the owner, who could not have been more courteous and professional. He immediately reassured me that our system was still under warranty, promised there would be no charge for service, and personally gave me his word that they would get the issue resolved. Trevor -- the same technician who installed the opener back in December -- came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained that the particular opener motor originally installed simply was not compatible with the signal system used by my new vehicle. Rather than trying temporary workarounds, he replaced the opener motor with a different model that he knew would properly communicate with the car. Problem solved immediately. I can now open both HOA gates, as well as my Garage Door using the buttons on my Toyota Camry. In my opinion, Toyota vehicles should ideally be able to communicate with every standard opener system on the market, so I still view this primarily as a vehicle compatibility issue rather than a fault of ListMaster and Door Pros. What impressed me most was Door Pros' professionalism, honesty, and commitment to standing behind their work. They honored the warranty without hesitation, treated us respectfully throughout the process, and stayed with the problem until it was completely resolved.
