One of our AC units was struggling to keep up with the 100+ degree temps. Unit kept kicking on and off and would only cool down to 81 degrees in the house. I worked for an AC manufacturer for a year, right out of college. The basics haven't changed. I figured it was 1 of 2 things, either a bad capacitor or low on freon. Turns out it was both. Capacitor wasn't completely shot, but getting there. I asked up front how much a freon top off would be. $379.00. Steep, but I can't do it myself because you need a license to even buy freon. The capacitor is $8.99 on Amazon for the exact same part/brand. I'm sure they buy it cheaper. Tech (I gave him $20.00 cash, up front to not rip me off) told me it was $80.00 to replace the capacitor. Takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the truck and back to get the part and 20 seconds to plug it in. Again, I could do it myself, but he was here, so I let him. Bill should've been $461. Nope. Chris charged me $638.00. The discrepancy? They charge you for another $200.00 service call to replace the capacitor!!! Even though the tech is here! Total rip off. So, to recap if you call them and they come out and add freon and leave, it's 379.00. If you call them the next day and a guy comes out to replace the capacitor and leaves, it's $280.00. But crooked Any Hour charges you for two services calls to do different things when they only came out once. I'm betting that if it needed something else it would be the cost of the part, the time to replace it AND ANOTHER $200.00 service call. AND they don't give you a invoice broken down between parts, labor, jobs, etc. Only 1 total invoice with a fat charge. I tried to cancel my credit card charge, but they run it immediately. A sure sign that their ripoff business model is purposeful. Tell everyone to stay away from this corrupt company.

I had a plumbing leak on my pool since last summer and couldn't get anyone out to fix it. Finally I started calling people from Yelp and came upon Connect All Plumbing. They found the problem and fixed it without wasting any time. Price was quite cheap too. For sure will call them again when in need of plumbing.

I thought the overall cost to de-winterize and get our Spa up and running was steep ($560.00 including chemicals). They did tell me that one of the pumps was going and would continue to leak until fixed. This was helpful information. We called them to come out to do the recommended pump repair and were left to wait and wait and wait even though there were reserved time blocks. Repair of pump...$660.00! But the leak still persisted! Again, a call to have them come out and to wait and wait...On one occasion, Kurt didn't arrive until 7 PM! On the 4th visit, we finally canceled...we were told Kurt was on his way an hour after the reserved timeframe. Upon having another company come out to fix the leak that STILL persisted, they showed us the valve that clearly had been forced with a screwdriver/Philips head and they said: "someone has tried to force the valve open/close and they knew the leak was coming from the valve." This was what Kurt had diagnosed when the leak still persisted AFTER the pump repair we paid him to do! I really question if the pump was the real problem and it was only the valve that was further damaged: a guise for come-back work. Over $1,200.00 out of our pockets and hours and hours of waiting PLUS an additional $200.00 we had to pay another company to fix the forced valve. You determine if the other reviews are accurate...I wouldn't.
