Noah gave us the fairest quote for making an opening in our existing deck and pouring a concrete slab to install a hot tub. I found him in Yelp! and was impressed by photos and reviews of his work. I also wanted to hire somebody relatively local. He patiently and graciously accepted several changes to our original plan and design. He built a step around the entire tub and added a trap door and made one of the steps removable to allow servicing of the tub in the future. He is professional, creative, and takes pride in his work. When I requested Noah to come back and seal some jointed areas on beams on my patio cover he built .which we didnt discover problem until it rained a few months later and stained my patio concrete,Because end of beam weren't painted and we didn't know this at completion of job. When asked if he would come back and cox or seal connections , he said he would charge me $500. 00 more to do so. Which I originally paid $6000.00 for patio open cover, and was told that not even jobs that he built costing $20,000 has anyone ever asked him to seal joints. Noah is the best. We wanted a large, 2 level deck (800sq ft) built on a steep hillside to be able to enjoy an otherwise unusable portion of property. We needed a true expert. Stability and proper support was fundamental, along with the craftsmanship to get a big job done right and make it all straight/level. I knew this deck was no easy feat. I got several estimates. Since I know a bit about construction myself, I was asking lots of questions about the materials and number/size of footings they would use. Noah promised the strongest and best materials from everyone else. He makes the concrete footings deeper and bigger than they need to be or what building codes require. If you are getting estimates, make sure you compare apples to apples and look into what they are putting under the deck too. So we put our trust into Eagle Deck. What I thought would take 2-3 months ended up under 1 month, less time than what even Noah promised. And the result was spectacular. He's a really nice guy to deal with, unbelievably professional, very hard working, his crew works so well as a team, he takes lots of pride in his work, and most importantly he really knows what he's doing. He came up with creative solutions to all the issues we faced, and the railing looks like it's a chic LA rooftop bar. I feel like this deck is stronger than our old house now and feel perfectly at ease running around and jumping on it. If you need a deck, he's your guy. read more

We recently purchased a house & quickly realized that we needed to renovate our backyard. New fence, gate, & deck were on the top of the list. We reached out to a few of the highest ranked, top yelp construction companies to get quotes & learned that we would need to do a lot of this work ourselves, as some quotes were over 50k. Fast forward...we had finished the fence and gate, & started on the deck. This was going to be much more difficult of a DYI project. We went searching NextDoor, Craigslist, Yelp and every other site that we could do find a reliable contractor that could do this work without breaking the bank. There is where we found Eagle Deck, with Noah and his crew. I will start by saying that we have dealt with a lot of contractors in the short time we have had our house & we always run into the same issues. It's always more expensive than they quote. They are never on time or don't show up at all. The communication is bad, & they do a poor job. This wasn't the case with Noah. Told me it would take 6-7 days to do and that we would work everyday (excluding Easter Sunday) to make sure it was done by the time he said it would be. He was early every morning, arriving at 730AM ready to work. He always dropped me texts or calls when he needed something or needed to relay me information & always was quick with a response when I had questions for him. Not only was he on time & did what he said he was going to do (unlike a lot of contractors), he also did a great job at a reasonable price. He checked all the boxes. I am not a yelper & have never posted before but I was blown away by the craftsmanship and professionalism that Noah & his crew showed us. If we ever move into a new home and it is in need of a deck, I won't hesitate to hire Eagle Deck to do the work. read more
