Our order arrived on schedule, with no mistakes and the printing looked extremely clean and professional. We placed a large (65+ custom pieces), complicated order that involved an assortment of fully sublimated jerseys, classic jerseys, bro tanks, reversible tanks and shorts. Michelle Ng, the sales rep we worked with, was incredibly helpful, communicative and responsive. We also worked with their in-house professional artist to finalize our design for a reasonable fee and were given the final electronic art files to keep. In the past we have ordered from Five Ultimate as well as Patagonia (using EFX Design & Marketing, Inc. for printing). From my experience, VC Ultimate is the best in terms of service, jersey material and printing quality.

Ideally I prefer to buy their clothes in Minnesota (no taxes on personal attire) when the Canadian dollar is strong but occasionally I do pick up something here or in other Canadian locations. I received it after the holidays, which was a disappointment, but in the end I did receive the shirt. I noticed that the one other reviewer for this NOVESA location has a similar story, where he struggled with the return policy and eventually, recently, received the shirt. It seems that they have been making efforts recently to do right by their customers, which I applaud, and I hope they reexamine their return policies. Regarding the shirts themselves: These are without a doubt extremely beautiful, high-quality, well-made shirts, and I'm very happy to have them in my wardrobe. I will shop at NOVESA again, although next time I'll get clarity on the return policy before making a purchase. If you're looking for beautiful and unusual shirts, NOVESA is a great choice, but I suggest that you check on the return policy as well.
