Several hours later, he called me back to informed me that the search was unsuccessful, and refunded me in full. I was not expecting such personalized, constructive customer care, which gives me the impression that these people must be very recommendable professionals.

Terrible terrible customer service. I tried to order a chef jackets from their website and had a…read morequestion. When I called they couldn't answer the question about their sizing so they offered to send me 2 jackets to try. They told me the shipping would be covered but I'd have to pay it first and they'd refund me once I returned it. They sent out the jackets in the wrong sizes so I needed to reorder another sample. Keep in mind I only needed to do this because they had no idea what size chest would fit the jacket. I told the rep I was a 42 chest and directed her to the chef jacket on their website. The difference in sizing between their drop shoulder chef jacket large and a large chef jacket regular was huge so I wanted to double check which one they thought was best. She didn't know so I said I need a solution or I'll have to shop elsewhere. That's when she suggested I order the jackets as samples and they'd refund the shipping. After I had paid shipping 4 times they said they wouldn't cover it. I needed the jackets as a wedding gift and was out of time so I ordered the final jackets embroidered. The day's ticked by and I never received the jackets. I called a few times and as per usual no one had any idea what was going on. I placed the order more than a month before I needed them. I finally got mad enough they sent the jackets out and I got them 2 days before my destination wedding. I called the president at chef works Canada Jeff Berman. He wouldn't return any of my calls and responded by email 1 time to say they would not cover the shipping. They were more than happy to suggest a shipping option to me, charge me, and then not honour their agreement. I would never deal with them again and have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
