The call center is ridiculous they don't have a straight answer to give you I ordered my dtr's uniform in August and I have now received my complete order 10-Oct-2025 thanks to Gina who DROVE AND DELIVERED IT TO ME IN PERSON, every time I called the call centre i was told it was available when i get to the store it wasn't 1 piece would be available the others were on back order. You would think a company would let their customers know especially when the order was placed to indicate that 1 or a few of the items were not available, yet they rather take your money and because of that my dtr did not get to do her school picture WHY? she did not have her full uniform. Thankfully the re-do is on Oct 14, 2025 and if Gina did not hand deliver the rest of my order to me 10-Oct-2025 my dtr would have missed picture day again but why should DGN care they already received their money. THANK YOU GINA maybe you should the DGN call center on how customer service should be. P.S this is not the first encounter I had with the call center it happened last year this time i decided to voice my opinion. Dawn

When I called they couldn't answer the question about their sizing so they offered to send me 2 jackets to try. They told me the shipping would be covered but I'd have to pay it first and they'd refund me once I returned it. They sent out the jackets in the wrong sizes so I needed to reorder another sample. Keep in mind I only needed to do this because they had no idea what size chest would fit the jacket. I told the rep I was a 42 chest and directed her to the chef jacket on their website. The difference in sizing between their drop shoulder chef jacket large and a large chef jacket regular was huge so I wanted to double check which one they thought was best. She didn't know so I said I need a solution or I'll have to shop elsewhere. That's when she suggested I order the jackets as samples and they'd refund the shipping. After I had paid shipping 4 times they said they wouldn't cover it. I needed the jackets as a wedding gift and was out of time so I ordered the final jackets embroidered. The day's ticked by and I never received the jackets. I called a few times and as per usual no one had any idea what was going on. I placed the order more than a month before I needed them. I finally got mad enough they sent the jackets out and I got them 2 days before my destination wedding. I called the president at chef works Canada Jeff Berman. He wouldn't return any of my calls and responded by email 1 time to say they would not cover the shipping. They were more than happy to suggest a shipping option to me, charge me, and then not honour their agreement. I would never deal with them again and have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
