I moved around Christmas, so I was very concerned about how smoothly the transaction would run. However, my anxiety was eased when Paul informed me there would be no deposit required just COD. To my surprise the driver showed up on schedule the Monday before Christmas to pickup my vehicle. I was also worried my car would be handed off to another vendor until the driver informed me he would see me in LA in 3-4 days. Paul was terrible, i asked about pricing he gave me a good price not once did he mention to me he was in broker situation or the quote price was a cash only quotation. i found this out a few days later after my car had already been picked up from another company FHT auto transport. that is when all hell broke lose. i would of never been in the situation i was in with this other company had he listen after i told him NO i dont want to use them if its cash only,. how about if something happened to my car or things go missing which has happen to me in the past...dont recommend the other company basically had my car at ransom and hostage asking for more money. read more

I needed to ship my car to Texas, and the driver (Alex) was very helpful and accommodating, as I needed to have friends pick up the car from him, but didn't know which ones would be available at the time of drop off. He happily took all their numbers and was very understanding of our situation. My only slight is that I was told it would take 3-5 days to deliver when it really took 2 days. No fuss transport. They were my 2nd choice and I'm happy I made this choice. I shipped my car from Chicago to Los Angeles. The communication was adequate and definitely clear. Although they couldn't pick up the car when I had scheduled, it was still picked up at a good time for me to get it ready for transport. We were under a time crunch to get my newly purchased vehicle from New Hampshire to Illinois. I booked with Eagle Transport because of the reviews I read and their price was just right. When I booked, on a Thursday evening, I was told the car would be picked up no later then that Monday and we'd have it by the weekend. Unfortunately that didn't happen. My husband spoke to Paul who informed us that the problem was the location of the vehicle. It was not an easy location for drivers to get to. When Paul was told we needed it by the following Monday he said he'd get it done. They found a driver that could pick car up Wednesday. Well that driver had mechanical issues and couldn't get there. It was now Wednesday evening and I was upset. I talked to the receptionist saying I wanted my order cancelled so I could go somewhere else (and pay significantly more). She said Paul would be in the next morning and call me. The receptionist called me Thursday at 8:30am and said they found a driver, he'd pick up the car around 1:00 and deliver it Friday. In addition it would be in an enclosed carrier at no extra cost. My car was delivered Friday morning at 10am. Somehow they pulled it off and I Thank you Eagle Transport!! read more

I purchased a classic vehicle in Florida from a private party. I live in California. I needed the vehicle picked up in a timely manner. I searched various vendors, most who claimed to have 5 star ratings. In digging deeper, almost all had a long litany of complaints. I really was skeptical of the entire industry as there appeared to be so many unreliable companies. A friend recommended Eagle Auto transport. I called and spoke to Paul and voiced my concerns. I purchased this vehicle a week before Christmas and was trying to have the car picked up prior to New Years. I requested enclosed transportation. Paul provided a very competitive bid as I had bids for enclosed transportation for hundreds of dollars more than Paul's bid. I didn't choose him because he was the cheapest but his rate was very competitive. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with this transaction. My car was picked up by DPS Express, a sub-contractor. I was really concerned about using a sub-contractor but Paul assured me that they were dependable and professional. The driver called the elderly gentleman that I purchased the car from. He gave him and hour window for pick up the next day. DPS showed up on time, loaded the car, filled out the appropriate paperwork and then took the long journey across country. The car arrived on January 8th. DPS called me in the morning and gave me a 2 hour window of delivery time. It was pouring rain so the actual time couldn't be calculated but the truck arrived on time. I was very impressed with the truck! It was 60 ft long, all new, all modern, all enclosed. The driver provided me with the paperwork. I gave him a cashier's check for the balance and he drove the car into my driveway and garage! It was spotless and just as it was when purchased. I cannot express in words my complete satisfaction with this transaction. In reading hundreds of reviews, mostly negative, I would offer this advice. Be flexible on pick up and delivery dates. It seems most of the disappointment and problems were that actual dates and times were not honored. Not sure why my transaction went so smoothly. I believe it is because I used Eagle Transport and they did everything that they said they would do, when they said it would occur. I have just hired them to bring me in another vehicle I just purchased in Boise. I hope that this second transaction goes as smoothly as the first. I would highly recommend Eagle Transport. read more
